What they should be thinking about is how this wonderful doctor is going to get you out of the pain you’ve been experiencing for weeks. It was my first experience with the endodontist in the USA and I was scared. But Dr. Dees and her assistants were very nice. Dr. Dees did a great job and I didn’t feel anything. Thank you Dr. Dees.

A totally professional caring staff. Very patient with this old ladie's anxiety. I was giving a script for pain pills but only took two over the counter pills mostly to assure I got a good night sleep after the root canal. I'm assuming that is because Dr. Dees is an excellent dentist. I would recommend Dr. Dees' to anyone.

The staff is very unprofessional. They claim to call to verify appointments that you yourself scheduled. If you do not answer; they do not leave a voicemail and will cancel your appointment without any notice. Also, I am going back to Dr. Dees for corrective work on a root canal that she did a few years ago, but yet I am still being charged. I would give this office a "0" rating if I could. Clean comfortable nice

Dental visits have always filled me with anxiety but this office put me totally at ease. If I ever need a root canal in the future, I will definitely go to Dr Dees.

I intended to write this a couple of years ago. I had another dentist botch a root canal AND leave part of the tool in my tooth (down in the root), that unnamed dentist did not tell me that this had happened. After much discomfort I visited another dentist that saw the situation and sent me to Dr. Dees. She was able to get past the piece of tool and remove it and complete the original root canal to complete satisfaction. I darn near could have fallen asleep during the procedure because she is so very good and gentle. I highly recommend her I intended to write this a couple of years ago. I was having pain from a root canal that was done 2 months ago elsewhere. I did not need laughing gas because Candy had such a great sense of humor. She was awesome. Dr. Dees examined the tooth and observed that there was buildup leftover from filling the tooth. Dr. Dees removed the excess filling and now the pain is gone. She got me in quickly. And she did a thorough job of listening, explaining, and then answering my questions.. Thanks Dr. Dees!

Lori and Robyn are the best! If you EVER need Endodontic treatment I urge you to give them a shot! Third time I have used them and I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dees and her Staff. Mesquite Endodontics (Dr. Dees and Staff) have, on three different occasions, preformed medical miracles in my mouth. I certainly don't want to have root canals but with Dr. Dees help I don't fear them at all. They got me in for the root canal on the same day as the initial evaluation of the need or the procedure. I and my regular Dentist Dr. Collins highly recommend Dr. Dees and her Staff.

I've had a couple root canals before but never had such an easy experience. Root canals aren't fun but if you choose a pro like Lori things will go so easily and smoothly.

I just had my second root canal today done by Dr. Dees. The thing I love most about her is her bedside manner. She makes me feel very much at ease. She's sweet, very thorough but also very profession. I love the way she relates to and treats her employees. They act like family in a very professional way and they treat you with respect as a patient and treat each other the same. Office is always nice and clean and comfy. From my perspective, she's done all she can to help her patients feel at ease. As for pain. Any surgery will have it's pain but very minimal wit her. She's very gentle and will let you know if it's gonna be a bad hurt or not which helps me alot. Thank you Dr. Dees. I almost typed Dr. Ease instead of Dees which fits her well.???? She is an excellent dentist and the wait time was very short. She also has a great dental assistant and she is very good at her job also. I don't think you can beat this team and I have had several root canals!!

Dr. Dee was great, she talked to me like family and understood my issues. Her whole staff was friend and great office. The took very good care of me during my procedure and afterwards. Great place to go if you need a root canal done or even fix any issues you have.

To REGINA - The user who gave Dr. Dees 1 star for only working "on root canals" ...seriously? She's an Endodontist, not a Dentist. And patients like myself thank G_d for specialists of her magnitude. Okay, that said, Dr. Dees is the epitome of professionalism. To top that off, she is by far the most skilled Endodontist I have ever encountered, and I'm sad to say I've had to see quite a few. She performed a root canal for me, and her work was so perfect that my regular dentist was amazed with her expertise and asked for her contact info (presumably so he could start referring patients to her.) Virtually every time I've had any procedure performed, the practitioner used so much anasthetic that my mouth remained numb for at least 4 hours or so after the procedure. Less than an hour after my appt. with Dr. Dees, I was no longer numb, and the pain was almost non-existent. And I have TMJ, so that's saying a lot! She's that good. If only she did regular dental work. I'd never see anyone else again. If you're a perfectionist, she's for you. Wonderful dental experience! I am truly a big chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. De. Dee's is amazing. So sweet and compassionate. Made sure I never felt a thing. I am a seasoned endodontist patient indeed. I think this was this my 9th (yeah, I know) root canal? And THE BEST SERVICE I've ever experienced! Had a root canal done by Dr Dees. I just want to say that she treated me like family. She along with her personnel are very friendly. I would definitely go back if I need it another root canal done and would definitely recomend.
