Dr. Nechel is the best doctor! She really cares about her patients, takes a lot of time to answer any questions you may have, and is kind and compassionate. I will not trust my vision with anyone else!!

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Doctor Nechel and staff for an exceptional first-time appointment. In a world that has become fast paced and mechanized, my experience was that of a warm and caring environment. I chose this practice because of the rating, and they exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff is so welcoming, helpful, kind. All of the things you'd hope for (that often times I don't experience.) These ladies are 5-star in their own right. I took my 6 year old son for his 1st eye exam to see Dr Butler. Dr. Nechel and her staff are professional, caring and provide the best quality optometry care. We (all 6 of us) have been with Dr. Nechel for over 15 years. She is the best there is!

I"ve been using them for at least 2 years without any issues until a recent order I made by phone. However, it has been corrected and I will continue to use their services.

This is absolutely the best eye doctor's office I have ever been to. Outstanding doctors, staff & technology. Also, a very warm and comfortable environment with a nice selection of frames.

I had my annual appointment at the Primary Eyecare Associates on September 18, 2020. Her staff checked my new glasses professionally and accurately. Dr. Seema Nechel did the annual exam and told me that everything looks good and healthy.  My own evaluation and feelings toward her physical eye exam have been exceeded beyond expectation.  She takes her time to verify and update all my medical and medicine-related information.  I was even surprised about the medical questions from her previous notes that I already forgot about. I forgot to mention that the front-desk staff followed through with the usual COVID-19 procedures.  I was a little concerned about how to be there during this difficult time of the pandemic, especially since I fall in the high-risk age group.  But I felt very comfortable after I observed all of the precautionary steps that they are taking in dealing with their patients. Finally, I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone working at the Primary Eyecare Associates office.  They kept very accurate and up-to-date information in their records. I have been going to get my eyes checked to Dr. Butler for over a year now. She is always surrounded with positive energy, you can tell she really cares about helping others and wants you to have the correct measurements for your glasses/contacts. She is thorough, very knowledgable in her field and a great conversationalist. I reccommended Primary Eyecare Associates to my mom for her next eye exam and she also came back happy from her visit with Dr. Nechel. She likes how their assistants are very nice, professional, patient and provide great service as well. Beyond satisfied with my first pair of eye/reading glasses, they are perfect. From setting up appointment and screening with Aisha. Eye exam and lenses RX with Dr. Butler, finding the perfect frame with Tiffany, being greeted and finalizing transaction with Elizabeth. Assistance from Jennifer when my glasses arrived. I have been checking my eyes and vision with Dr. Seema Nechel for the last six years. Usually one visit every other year, a total of three or four times. I really appreciate all her methods of checking and testing in details every single step of the exam. Allow me to ask and describe all my health change and medication between the visits. This is the place to go for eye care! Dr. Butler is exceptional and thorough. She picked up on issues that our previous provider had not. Her staff is so very courteous and friendly. They make you feel welcome...not rushed. We recently changed providers because we were feeling pressured to purchase eye wear rather than feeling the emphasis being placed on eye care. Dr. Netchel has been my eye doctor from the early stages of her career. She not only is enormously talented, but she also has the ideal personality to comfort and assure patients. She is complemented by a remarkable staff, most notably Jennifer and Allison. They go out of their way to help meet customer needs and they do such with collegiality and professionalism. Excellent and thorough. My family has been seeing Dr. Netchel for more than 10 years. It is not a one size fits all practice. Dr. Netchel has worked individually with everyone in my family and keeps at it until the contacts or glasses are exactly right. She can handle many challenges.

This is actually a review of Dr. Lori Butler. I have had four annual exams/glasses prescriptions with Dr. Butler and I've found her to be an excellent optometrist. She is extremely competent, thorough, and she truly cares about the well-being of her patients. Wonderful doctor.

Yesterday I woke up to find that I had gotten metal in my eye from work and needed some professional attention. The staff was able to get me in ASAP and Dr. Butler could not have made the process easier given the circumstances. She was kind and very thorough. I ended up needing more specialized attention but Dr. Butler still called to follow up with me after my other appointment. I highly recommend Primary Eyecare Associates for all your optical needs, especially if great customer service is something you desire in a Doctor. Great experience! My husband, myself and our 11 year old have been going to Primary Eyecare for the past 2 years and have had great experiences at all visits and appointments. The most recent was my son broke the arms of his glasses that we purchased in 2018 and we were provided all of our options for replacement, new purchase, etc. Simple and customer friendly! Nice place with friendly staff & alternative to eye dilation. I was happy to come here for the first time and not be pressured to buy anything I didn't need.

Dr Seema and Allison always help me in their best way. They are awesome. I would say I am blessed to have such wonderful Doctor and her friendly staff taking care of me and their other patients. I will always recommend them to all my friends, family and acquaintances.

Never a long wait, always professional and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and Dr. Nechel provides the best care for each patient! My husband and I both love this office and we will bring our children here once they are of eye screening age!

Dr. Nechel not only cares about your eyes but she cares about your entire well-being. She is extremely conscientious and takes the extra time to listen to your concerns and needs. My family has been seeing Dr. Nechel for contacts, glasses, or medical eye issues since we moved to VA 20 years ago. She is a competent Dr. of Optometry, confident, and soft spoken. I am always amazed when she remembers specific details about my family and personal medical history. She is a true professional and very likable. The office is clean and well managed, staff is very friendly, and she offers some of the best quality glasses on the market. I highly recommend her services. Very nice experience for my first visit. The staff was very professional and friendly. My appointment was on time and quite thorough. Dr Nechel was very clear about everything that was about to be done and provided a concise assessment. The location couldn't be any easier to find and plenty of parking.

I've been going to Dr. Nechel for years now. She is a wonderful, caring professional who takes the time to provide high quality care to her patients. Her staff is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. My three children love her!

Dr is always very thorough and informative and the staff is very nice. They have a great selection of frames, including some eco-friendly styles and very nice sunglasses. We appreciate very much their hospitality and prices are good on everything insurance does not cover. Will continue to recommend friends and family to them.
