These Drs are the worst people DrHarvey retired. Nobody notified the patients that she was retiring and my son needs his meds and no other Dr in the office will not see him cause the is consider a "new patient" but he has been going to this office for over 5years this is really not a why to treat people

My husband and I have been going here for 35 yrs. Our Dr left abruptly so we were told to go elsewhere. Office has gone from 5 Drs to 2 and they will probably leave soon. They’ve gone from a caring practice to one that could care less. My son went in last week and was told they were sorry to hear his father had died. His dad is still alive. Wrong patient. Medical profession has really gone down. Now my husband and I are trying to find new Drs that is easier said than done. Think they will soon close the doors. Since Dr L. Harvey got retired the service got in it's worst..just called today to make an appt and whoever answer may need to go somewhere else .it was so difficult to deal with her...no appts ever...couldn't get an appt and the only way I can get an appt is same day if I'm ???? sick...what does she think I was calling for? To order a pizza?? Please don't hire this kind of people . there's more nicer people out there that will be glad to get her position Since Dr L. Tried to get an appointment and was hung up on by a rude receptionist. Classy operation. Good luck to their patients

Dr Harvey filled in for my regular doctor on his last week before retirement! She was my favorite doctor prior to her retirement. However, she has become a production line worker! She had not reviewed my chart, came into room without laptop and with paper copies of the wrong blood test results! When I told her they were not the most recent results she lied and insisted they were! It was later revealed that she had not reviewed the correct blood test! She had no idea why I was there and was not the least bit interested in finding out why. I complained and although the facility called and apologized I am done with Dr. Lorena Harvey and Physicians of Family Practice! I saw Ms Harvey and had some labs submitted. I was prescribed medication ,she did not send over my medication to the pharmacy after the assistant Sam said he was going to get it sent over right away. I called the following day it still wasn't sent and he said I would have to wait until the end of the day. Today they closed at 12pm because of the holiday and I still don't have my medication and no one returned my phone call again. On top of that I had to call them for my lab results. She gave me a prescription for severe arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis for my newly 2 broken ribs. I'm in severe pain. I guess she really believes in "take 2 Tylenol and call me in the morning" stance. I'm still in extreme pain. They open at 8am.

I was scheduled to see Dr. Harvey due to my regular doctor having a full schedule.... Once entering the room, salutations were done..... She shocked me by saying " I read over your chart and I have some questions. " Never have I had a Doctor who actually read my chart... Maybe skimmed over it missing all past medical history... Or glancing over it in my presence... She gave me an interpretation, her thoughts on why I could be having issues, wanted to schedule some test before writing a prescription... I was highly impressed to find a Doctor who cared. I thought I'd be in and out with my prescription... But nope..lol.. impressed enough to make me want her as my PCP.. but as always when you find something remarkable for yourself... She is semi retired???????????? I have been going here for about 13 years. A couple of years ago I got a new doctor here. Doctor Neth. She is amazing. Spends time with everyone and listens. Not just in and out. Doctor Neth has actually done procedures on site that most doctors would send me elsewhere to get done. She has been the best doctor I have had in my 50 years on this planet. Dr. Harvey is very thorough. She takes the time to read through your medical history and will ask you questions about what’s going on instead of just making assumptions and pushing you out the door. Every time I visit her, I know I’m receiving top notch care.

She is thorough in the care she gives and the questions that she asks me about my health, in addition, of course, to responding to any health complaints or concerns that I might have. Lab results are fully explained, as well as what course of treatment she prescribes for any deficiencies. Prescriptions are dispensed and obtained that same day, with clear instructions as to how I should take them.. I have been her patient for over 20 years

I believe I have been going to Dr. Harvey for about 20 years. It's very hard to find a Doctor that you are comfortable talking to. She is thorough in all her exams, compassionate and listens to what you say. If you have a problem she will try to find the cause. I was at Lab Corp. recently to have lab work done and met a gentleman who is also a patient of Dr. Harvey's. He told me he had a brain tumor and that Dr. Harvey was at the hospital before his operation and every day after. She is #1.
