My primary care physician recommended this office. It was by far, the worst experience I’ve ever endured. Lost appointments (twice), PA’s having zero record and asking why I’m there, rude front office staff.
No issues with Dr Faaborg directly; however his staff is nothing to praise. Zero customer service and poor management of appointments. Wasted time off from work to not be seen because he is retiring in 2 weeks and not taking new patients, then why book me an appointment?! To then turn around and knowingly refer me to a specialist that cannot provide me the service needed. Dr. Faagord, congrats on your retirement. For other doctors who share this same staff, good luck! No issues with Dr Faaborg directly; however his staff is nothing to praise. Zero customer service and poor management of appointments.
