I had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Saracino + all staff here. I highly recommend this office. This was only my first time seeing Dr. Saracino but there's no doubt how knowledgeable he is. I felt comfortable the entire time and liked everything about the office; even the decor is tasteful. The check-in staff/medical assistants were so genuinely friendly too. This is the first time in my life I did not dread being at the eye doctor. I did not have to wait to be seen either which is something I am not used to. Again, cannot recommend enough!!

I loved the doctors but the staff was very rude over the phone and even when the doctor was not present at the desk. I never got calls, voicemails or emails answered. When I asked to speak with the doctor I was told by the staff that supposedly "No one gets to speak to the doctors." I asked the staff to have the doctor call me because I wanted to tell her about the treatment i got from her staff but apparently they never gave her the message or the doctor didnt care to keep a patient because I never got a call. I was forced to transfer to another doctors office. Had to give at least one star to post this so the star is for the doctors. I found this office when I switched insurance and needed somewhere new. Dr. Saracino’s office came up with many positive reviews. They weren’t lying! I had an incredible experience and am thrilled with the results. Dr. Saracino was very thorough in my eye exam and the office staff was helpful in getting my new frames fitted.

In a few words , great service , personable, professional and patient. Dr Smith has worked with my mother for many years. She was able to tell us something was off about mother’s behavior. Her medical team had not picked up on these changes . The eye exams take longer because of mothers condition but Dr Smith works through the challenges very well. I trust this team with my mothers sight wholeheartedly. I switched eye doctors 4 years ago because I was able to get seen here in an emergency where I had to wait to see my eye doctor of 13 years. My family and I have gone to Dr. Smith for more than a decade now. My wife was also treated for an urgent matter by Dr. Saracino in Dr. Smith’s absence. In a word, the office is excellent. These doctors provide wonderful care for adults and kids alike. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We love the selection of frames and always find something fun and stylish. They scheduled me for a day they were closed!! I didn't know this until I arrived. I had to use a sick day for an appointment I couldn't get. I'm beyond furious.

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for a number of years now. I have severe sight and health issues, and she has always been kind and understanding. She seems to take a genuine interest in her patients. I have never had an issue getting an appointment, or with her being on time. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Her office staff is great as well.

Dr. Saracino was great and very helpful. However, some of the women at the front desk were not very friendly and lacked customer service skills.

I've been coming here for more than 8 years. Both optometrists are fantastic and I love the group at the front desk. Very personable and just great to work with. No where else I would rather go.

Needed new glasses. Dr. Lora Smith did the exam by the book, good job. Did not need an exam but Rx was 1 month out of date. Surprise, it didn't change. I'll gladly pay for an exam that's not the issue. The main reason I came here was for new glasses. Erin the unhappy optician was completely unhelpful and seemingly knew nothing about Rx sunglasses. I even directly asked for her opinion and she just said "its a personal choice" and stared at me. I've decided to buy glasses elsewhere entirely because of Erin and the service she provided.
