Staff is terribly unresponsive and forgetful. If you aren't there to hold their hand don't expect anything to get where it needs to go.
Once he has formed an opinion he will ignore all further facts that may disagree with his opinion. That is a terrible trait for any doctor.
He used to be a good doctor. No longer listens to patients and just guesses at diagnosis rather than doing labs, etc to figure out what is going on. Also tells patients to call if there is a problem and then waits 48 hours to return the call.
