Dr. Lois S. Goodman

I have used Dr. Goodman since I was 19 years old, except when I lived out of state. She is like no other, giving of her time and of herself. She's more like a gynecologist/primary care practitioner, she is so thorough investigating all body systems. She is warm, respectful and never acts as though you are taking up too much of her time. When I had surgery she was there the whole way, even though she wasn't the surgeon! And she was right there in the recovery room. She is skilled, knowledgeable and a talented diagnostician, always up on the latest research. I would recommend her to any woman seeking a gynecologist. She no longer does OB, however. She's a remarkably competent physician whose first priority are her patients. It's a throwback to a different and better patient care.

I have been seeing Dr.Lois Goodman since my 20'sand am now in my 70's and I feel blessed that she has been my GYN for all these years. She is smart, gentle, honest, knowledgeable, unpretentious, and she truly cares about her patients. She relates to patients in a respectful and empathic manner, not always seen in physicians in today's world where they are more invested in entering data into their laptops while speaking with patients and spending about 15 minutes for evaluations. Dr.Goodman is one of a kind!

Dr. Goodman is the most thorough doctor I've ever had the pleasure to use in my life. She takes plenty of time to review your records, inquires into all aspects of your health -- beyond just your female anatomy. You aren't a drive-through patient with Dr. Goodman. she's a rare holistically focused doctor. (i wished my internist took the time and care that she does). she clearly is up on the latest research and does right by you, the patient. And, she cares. I can't recommend her enough.

Dr. Goodman has been my doctor since 1988. She has a knowledgeable, caring, compassionate. gentle and sensible approach to all that she does. She preformed successful surgery on me, with minimal external scaring. A year later I conceived and delivered my 2nd child. Before moving out of state, my much younger daughter, used her as well with complete satisfaction. Dr. Lois Goodman is the kind of doctor she would want to have herself, and it shows. I will cry when she retires, but until then I would be crazy to go to anyone else.

Lois Goodman is one of a kind. She is thorough and extremely knowledgable about women's health issues. Most importantly, Doctor Goodman is uncompromising with her time and the quality of care she delivers to her patients.

Dr. Goodman is in a class of her own. There is no Dr. that I have ever met that comes close to her genuine concern and care for her patients. I highly recommend her to any female that's wants a compassionate, kind and just an old fashion kind of Dr. Dr. Goodman spends time getting to know her patients and never rushes you. Truly an amazing person.
