Dr. Lloyd William Rettig III

I went to Lloyd Rettig for an Essure permenant birth control device removal. I thought he was nice, very down to earth type of person. Then, I discovered he broke my device and I had to have a second surgery since he didn't remove it "intact". I do not recommend for Essure removal.

Even a client over 20 years always great experience

No one talked about results of blood test that I submitted. Everything else during appointment went well.

Dr Rettig is wonderful. He listens and doesn't make you feel like he is rushing you out the door. He is always open to discuss anything I need and always makes sure I get all the information I need.

Dr. Rettig and his assistant were so caring and made me feel comfortable during my procedure. Dr. Rettig explained what he was doing and what to expect after. I would (and do) recommend Dr. Rettig to everyone!

Dr Rettig is a cool guy. I'm glad to have found him and have referred others.

Felt rushed and my exam wasn't as thorough and some things weren't done like with same exam in the past. Barely examed me inside and that's where the soreness has been at

There was no receptionist at the desk upon checking in. This was very frustrating. There were other pt'y waiting as well. Another pt had to yell to get someone . I also had to knock on the desk . NO Response. This shouldn't have happened. Please do better. This concern need to be addressed Urgently! Receptionist need to be reprimanded and retrain.

My only complaint would be that the facility needs a deep cleaning. Or flooring replaced. It looked worn and dirty.

Dr Rettig always takes the time to talk to me. I never feel rushed at my appointments and you can tell that he truly cares about his patients. He thoroughly explained a couple of procedures and even offered advice on them. I'm thankful he has been my provider for the last 29 years.

Dr. Rettig and his staff were wonderful to help in what could be a hard time to seek treatment.

Dr Rettig was very helpful with some issues I'm having. He seemed very caring and informative. I live north of Dayton. It's very important Lifestages stay in their northern location. Several gynecologists have left the northern area due to relocating and retirement. It's definitely an issue lots of people in our area are concerned about.

My dr and student were very informative, timely, respectful. 10/10 experience would recommend

The nursing staff attempted to respond to my question that I submitted to them via voicemail after my appt. within 24 hours. I appreciated them making multiple attempts to reach me, and agreed to send me a copy of a form I wanted to have for my records. All the support staff were welcoming with genuine smiles.

Dr. Rettig was very helpful and did a wonderful job listening to me and my concerns. He was able to provide insight that other doctors in the practice refused/were unable to provide. He is clearly a very experienced doctor who treats patients as individuals rather than just a box to check off as done.

It is very difficult to reach a receptionist by phone in a timely manner. I had to call on two different days to get connected. I think I waited about 20-25 minutes for a person to talk to. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when I did get through. And I got an appointment when I requested it.

Dr. Rettig cares about his patience and makes them comfortable and listens to them.

I absolutely Love the care that Dr. Rettig and his team provides. I have been a patient for many years. I hope that his retirement is not in the near future. I wouldn't want to go to another provider. The receptionists and nurses are super nice and friendly. I have seen Dr Rettig for 19 years, he delivered my son. He is a wonderful Dr! Always cares, listens, and answers questions completely, never rushed. Thank you Dr Rettig for all you do!

The receptionist was talking to a woman in maroon scrubs. She barely said hi. I was on crutches. I asked her which door the nurse will come to get me because I am on crutches. She says, " I don't know" Seriously!!!!! I sat on the wrong side. When I tell the nurse, She says that Mr. Rettig is always the left side. I didn't know. She was not friendly either. The only person that was nice was Dr. Rettig. He is a great dr. he explains thing. I like him but the nurses and receptionist need to improve.

I had a great experience with the provider and the office staff. However, I have tried calling their scheduling three different times to make an appointment and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. That is a big issue.

I've been with him for many years. Very knowledgeable professional caring thorough. I have high trust for this physician in the Specialty of Gyn

Appointment was on time got in got out quickly.

I was super nervous to come to this appointment because I felt comfortable with my previous provider but had to change due to insurance. It was probably the best gynecologist experience I have ever had. I felt very heard and understood and we set a good plan for my health! I'm extremely pleased.

Dr Rettig always takes his time with you and explains things. I like that because I feel like he really cares about my health and that is why I come back each year for my yearly exam or if I would have any issues. Every doctor should do this and people would continue to do health checkups and procedures.

The doctor was amazing. I feel the response time with phone calls and my chart was slow.

Dr. Rettig is literally the best ob I have ever been to. Any time someone is looking for an ob, I ALWAYS recommend him. He has the absolute best bedside manner and he has been the only doctor who has ever actually listened to me. He's the only ob I have ever been to who validated my feelings and genuinely helped with any problems that I have ever had. I will never go to another ob unless he retires.

The whole staff yesterday were wonderful. I was greeted by a lovely woman who was energetic and made me feel comfortable. The physicians assistant was very kind and friendly. Dr. Rettig wad kind and didn't feel like he was in any rush with this appointment. I had a few concerns and he addressed them all. He wanted me to have an ultrasound which they were able to do right after my appt and Dr. Rettig came right in to go over the results. The ultrasound tech was also wonderful. The whole of the experience was great.

The scheduler was not able to get me in within the two weeks the doctor asked. I have to wait 5.

The scheduling process for well woman visits for people on Medicare is a mess. Medicare provides for an appointment every two years. MyChart reminds me to make an appointment every year. So, I have to remember to ignore MyChart, keep track of the two year interval on my own, and figure out when I call for an appointment to stay on the two-year schedule. Can't you program MyChart to look at my age or Medicare status?
