Routine skin check first time visit. We were greeted pleasantly and quickly moved out of waiting area to our room. She allowed my wife and I to both be in the room since we both had appointments. Dr Zach came in and dropped her mask safely and introduced herself. Thorough exam and found two suspicious lesions on my back. She showed me one lesion on camera and I agreed it was a very worrisome lesion that a year ago was not even mentioned by my past dermatologist. I am a physician and would have recommended it be removed. She painlessly removed both very quickly and set up followup plans. I have also been following a nose lesion that with my history of basal cell cancer worried me and she prescribed a cream without me asking. I had been wondering why my other derm didn’t do the same and would have asked at next visit if I had not switched docs. Clearly she could have run up a bill and biopsied but rather took a more conservative approach. Great experience all around so far. Routine skin check first time visit. The office was dirty. I had to wait too long. The doctor was curt, asked nothing about me, did not explain what she saw in my full-body examination, and finally blamed me for my dermatitis (don't touch your face!). She prescribed two medicines that made my condition worse, gave me one that cost $700 with a coupon that had been expired for two hears. Her office is SLOW to respond to urgent needs. I honestly have never seen a worse doctor.

very disappointed as my shoulder surgery (twice !! - one week apart for what she called a micro basal cell carcinoma that certainly should have been Mohs and the fact that she billed my humana medicare over $2700 and still wants to collect the $50 remaining of my co-pays...I'll mail a dollar a month so she won't ruin my credit. It's no wonder that Medicare is going broke when doctors gouge the system

stay away from Dr Zack. I asked what would be covered by medicare. her answer was terse "ask Medicare". She briefly addressed my concerns about the cysts on my face and the fungus in my nail. "These are not really problems, I don't even notice the cyst on your face." With that, she removed (what she claimed was), a pre-cancerous item on my upper lip which I had never noticed. She charged ins hundreds was paid hundreds and then billed me the difference - I WILL NEVER GO TO HER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM HER! I went to the pharmacist who said "you have an infection, call your doctor for an antibiotic." I called the office 9/20/19 spoke to "Barbara", told her the problem. Just walked out of this clinic. My insurance company only gives our family two insurance cards with four family members on our policy. I carry a photo of our insurance card in my phone. Out of courtesy I give the plastic insurance cards to my wife and daughter. The photo of our card has been accepted by every provider in Collier county over many years. Reception would not accept a copy of my card. Dr would not see me. Would only accept the original plastic card which I don’t carry. I’ll never be back. My wife has an appointment an hour later than mine. I’ll encourage her to cancel her appointment. I read the other reviews before writing mine. Notice in their responses everything is the clients fault? They bear zero responsibility. Just walked out of this clinic. Lacks interpersonal skills

Staff and office representatives are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I was referred to Dr. Zack for surgery by my physician and she has done a great job! In her follow up care since, it is obvious that she and her people care about patients and surgery outcomes.

Lisa Zack is a terrible doctor. She does not like strong questioning women. She does not stay in the room long enough to answer your questions, and when I asked her about that she said she resented it. She charged me for things that no other derm had ever changed me for. Removing stitches, telfa pads, tape, after Mohs surgery, etc. She is rude, and told me I should be grateful she accepted me as a patient as she does not have to put up with all the questions, as she is the doctor. On the reverse side she treated my husband very respectfully. I would suggest no one use this woman as she is so very rude, doesn't answer questions, walks out of the office when she is done, not when you are done. I found Dr. Zack to be extremely charming and thorough. She examined closely and explained clearly and succinctly. So pleased to know her!

Impeccable service. Not only was the waiting time in lobby less than 8 minutes but I was completely blown away by Dr. Zack and her staff as this was my first time to the practice. Great facility

My husband and I have been patients of Lisa's for many years. My husband refers to her and her staff as "The A Team". We couldn't be more pleased with her as our dermatologist. Her soft and calm demenor has a way of reasurring that you are in good hands and that everything will be ok. I recommend her to anyone looking for the best!

Dr Zack is a highly skilled physician. Her surgery and facial reconstruction for me was excellent, with amazing results. I am grateful.

I had mohs surgery on my nose 3 months ago. You can't even tell I had anything done! Very pleased with not only my results but my experience with this office has been nothing but the best!! Strongly recommended. !!!!!

Waited forever in the waiting room and did not feel welcomed at all. The results from the visit did nothing to help and another MD did not endorse their treatment plan. The billing dept then proceeded to screw up and send me bills for 2 years prior. The office isn't as professional as would be expected.
