I drove 4 hours to meet with Dr Lisa. It was 100% worth it. She took her time to explain all the treatment options, their advantages and disadvantages, and clearly expressed when she thought something could be ultimately harmful or unnecessary. Her willingness to collaborate and treat a patient in tandem with other physicians is extraordinary. I've been with plenty of doctors who just try to shove any treatment at you and are in it solely for profit. Dr Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, and professional. I felt safe with her recommendations and advice, unlike my past experience with several orthodontists.

She didn't give me time in the $190 consult - she left a few min in to "see other patients". I brought 2 kids in, so for $380 I felt taken advantage of. I didn't have time to ask questions and her meeting was extremely brief. For the amount of money that a consult costs, I assumed I would get more than 20 min for TWO appointments. I assumed she would take a 3-d X-ray since she's an airway ortho, but she didn't. I had pictures of my kids CT scans from several months prior showing tiny airways. I asked her to look at them and she said no. That there was no need because they hadn't been diagnosed with sleep apnea. For my son with a tiny airway she literally said do nothing. I am disappointed that I not only wasted my time (I drove 90 min), but I wasted my money. I ended up finding a much more caring airway orthodontist in Palm Harbor who took one look at my son's airway and said he needed to be treated right away. I reached out to the office many times but they won't get back to me

She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. She takes the time to make sure her patients really understand what exactly their options are, how they will affect the patient and all of the steps that will be taken. She made us feel like VIP patients with her manners. She took all the time needed to go over any and all questions. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
