Dr. Wendling put braces on my daughter and told her appointment after appointment that next time she came in she would take them off. That continued for almost two years. Very upsetting for an adolescent and hard for me as a parent to comfort and reassure her that the next appointment will be better. Dr. Wendling did not remove the braces so her teeth could be cleaned for the entire, almost five years she had them on.

We went to multiple orthodontists prior to choosing Dr. Wendling. The pricing was very similar to others but we felt her results were more beautiful. We have the final decision to our son since we were fine with either of our final two options. He chose Dr. Wendling because she always makes a point of addressing the patient, not just the parent. He didn't feel like an afterthought. Now we are on our third child with braces. They'll be removed soon. They've looked great and it was overall a great experience. This is the most professional and genuine medical office I've ever been a patient at. I never waited longer than 5 minutes over the entire year and half I've been a patient. The staff knew my by name, face and even voice over the phone. All of their materials were high quality. Their tools and the office were well kept and very clean. Their knowledge level and friendliness are unsurpassed. I've never been happier with medical services than I am with Dr Wendling and her incredible staff.

This is the worst dr ever, she promises things and she blames her staff. My child had a adult tooth that was embedded in her gums and she promised to bring it down without pulling it and putting in a implant.She has had the braces on now for 21 months and the tooth is just barely poking out 3 trips to the oral surgeon which he cannot believe she can't get it down.trying to get a appointment is a task in a half. I would go to another orthodontist this one is terrible.
