I would leave a 0 if I could. I just called the office to set up a consultation. The lady was rude from the get-go The call started with I would like to set up a consultation. Her immediate response was well we are booked as far as I can see you'll have to give me a minute. As she gave me a day at the end of April at 9:30 in the morning I explained that I have in high schooler that cannot miss school. She's so rudely stated that they don't do consultations late as I explained to her I can't justify pulling my son out of school for cosmetic reasons. Obviously not a very kid-friendly place. Nor a very understanding place I was shut down before I could even explain anything with the rudeness! I really hope this lady was just having a bad day because I have never been treated like that when asking for a consultation for my business. I would leave a 0 if I could. Dr. Parker is the best! She has an excellent chairside manner and knows how to put her patients at ease. She is also meticulous about how the quality of care that she provides. I highly recommend her. She did my braces and now she is doing my daughter's. Love her!
We have used Dr. PARKER for 3 of our children's braces. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her and her team!! You won't be disappointed!
I got braces when I was 9. After losing my retainer twice I was told I didn't need one. My teeth, of course, got worse with time until I got my second set of braces when I was a sophomore in HS. After 3 years of treatment my teeth still weren't perfect (2+occasions bands were put on wrong and then I was accused of not wearing them) I begged for them off. I just got a new thick retainer and its pushing my right tooth forward too far. I'm sick and tired of this place messing up my teeth.
All this office is concerned about is their bottom line. Money hungry!
I have worked for Dr. Lisa Parker for 25 years. It is a great place to work and we all try very hard to make it a great place for both patients and parents to come.
