Dr. Lisa A. Murdoch

Dr Murdoch is very caring, knowledgeable and helpful. I also have had chronic pain for many years. She was very supportive and provided new insight into my issues. I have found that people that leave bad reviews simply didn’t get what they want or can’t handle the truth. Dr Murdoch is a straight shooter.

I have had chronic pain from an incorrectly installed total knee for 10 years now. Covered by the Workers Compensation system. I now have back issues due to the knee, she doesn't see how it is related to the back and told me to stop relying on WC and get my own insurance. This after I told her I have not worked in 2.5 years from a previous rotator cuff double repair. She said she felt used by me asking if she could say the knee caused the back problem. They never dig deeper to find the root of the problem, they all act like rent-a-doctors and lie to your face and then never believe the patient.

Horrible experience with her at the VA. She is rude, demeaning, impatient and dismissive and did not assist in a helpful manner. Did not receive any answers nor direction and will have to waste yet another day off work to get the care I need.
