Dr. Lisa K Million

I have a friend that goes to Dr. Million. She needs to lighten her load or hire more staff. My friend has been suffering with a sinus infection and running a temperature for 11 days. They told her over phone to take Tylenol and Ibuprophen. My friend is on blood thinners so I told her to be sure and ask doc at Urgent care. I've been a patient of Dr. Million for about 20 years. Since I didn't visit their office in the last year because of COVID, they removed me as a patient. The staff I talked to on the phone essentially told me to find a new doctor and wouldn't even consider calling in a refill subscription for something Dr. Million prescribed. Super disappointing and dismissive, but an opportunity to find a health care professional who actually cares about patients. I've been a patient of Dr. Million for about 20 years. She is very kind and makes immmediate connection with patients.I like her very much And Also staff is very nice and friendly..!

Dr. Million is great. She diagnosed an issue I had for many years in one visit. She is kind, yet straight forward. On the other hand, One of her staff members is awful. She didn’t care that I was out of insulin and told me there was no one to cover since the doctor was off. She was rude, uncaring and had a terrible attitude. I had to call my cardiologist who called the office and spoke to the doctor they had on call to write me a prescription. Yes you’re right she had told me there was no one on call. If thy got rid of her the office would be much better.

Dr. Million is great, unfortunately the staff is very unprofessional and rude. Its sad to say that because of the staff I will not be returning.... If Dr. Million ever paractices somewhere else I would be very happy to become her patient again.

I agree the front desk needs work, but Dr. Million and her nurse are wonderful.

Would not recommend! Very bad experience with Dr, staff not helpful. Go any where but here.

No way! Asked her twice about issues, she ignored them. Her office is a desaster.

Very professional staff and doctors

We like Dr. Million and her nurse. Top-notch. However, the receptionists are unprofessional, incompetent and rude. Heard of HIPPA? Sensitive, personal info required at check-in....and wait times of 30 minutes plus while receptionist tries to figure out computer screens. So hard to review. Like the do and nurse but the office staff is a HUGE deterrent....and catalyst for seeking care elsewhere.

I've never had a bad experience with Dr Kremer. Never once have they announced what I was there for to the entire lobby or the staff been rude. They've always been very friendly & helpful. The longest I've waited to get in a room was 10 min. Dr Kremer is very professional & friendly. Really gets to know you rather than just wanting your insurance money. I've been there 2.5 years. I've never had a bad experience with Dr Kremer. Never once have they announced what I was there for to the entire lobby or the staff been rude. They've always been very friendly & helpful. I love Dr. Million! My family has been with her for almost 20 years, but I am tired of the RUDE front desk staff! I don't know where they find these people!? They are unfriendly & unhelpful! Time for new staff!!!

Springcrest is terrible! The receptionist is completely rude and will tell what you are there for to the whole lobby, I have been there for 3 years and don't know why I havn't switched sooner. I can never actually see the doctor when I make an appointment and when I do acutally have an appointment, my time is NOT respected. It is the crappiest doctor's place I have ever been to!
