Dr. Kott is very personable, patient, and understanding. i have been going to her for several years. She is concerned and listens, discusses options, and I never feel rushed.

The staff and Doctors were very caring and efficient. Dr Williams took his time to explain the various options, regarding cataracts, available to me. He was very reassuring and patient with me.

My 3 yr old daughter sees Dr. Klombers. Overall we are satisfied with the care she has received under Dr. Klombers. His knowledge and wisdom seem to be top notch. He takes his time to explain things to me using terminology that I can understand and comprehend. My biggest "complaint" is about the office as a whole. It's not a very "warm" place to when you have children with you. Yes, they have a play area where children can play. But, in that area, they actually have a sign asking you to be quiet. This was very off putting. Why have the area at all? The staff also asked us to be quiet (as a general courtesy) even when we weren't even being disruptive--again, off-putting. Bedside manner needs a little work in this office. Also, the staff seem very very rushed and worried about being loud. They walk fast ahead of you instead of with you. We've only had about 5 appointments and this has happened each time. I feel like a little bit more empathy and bedside manner could be more present. However, once we were in the room, the staff didn't seem as rushed. They took their time to ask questions and were thorough with gathering information. It was during transitions from room to room when we were the most rushed. When the office requires you to move from room to room they need to be more flexible and understanding that you have kids-it's going to take time. This has not been the case. I'd say if you are looking for a PEDIATRIC opthamologist, look elsewhere. Look for a place that seems to welcome kids and families. Dr. Williams did an excellent job of me. He not only checked my eyes very thoroughly, he also went the extra mile and completed my requirement for approval to renew my driver's license with regard to my eyesight. For all he did I am thankful.

Dr. Klombers has been my eye Dr for approximately 10 years and is by far the most excellent eye Dr around. He diagnosed a rare disease that no one else could. The staff at Campus eye are also professional, helpful, and there to meet the needs of the patient. No question where to go for excellent care of the eyes.

My first experience there was 3 years ago when we had relocated from the state of Washington and I was having issues with seeing shadows.
