Dr Osbourne is the most amazing Pediatric Doctor I ever came across. The other Doctors at Madison are ok. But as of today 11/23/2018. I will no longer be taking my child to that office. I'm sick and tired of rudeness and feeling uncomfortable when I take my child there. At least I thought when your in that type of atmosphere, it's suppose to be calming and positive and welcoming especially when you are branging your child. I have been going to that office for 9years and as of today im done. The nurse Jacqueline that I saw was very nasty and standoffish and dismissive especially when my child corrected her for saying his name wrong and im sick of it. She just came off as very fake and demeanor was not acceptable. My child should feel at ease when attending appointments. Im tired of nurses acting miserable and very nasty and impolite.You shouldnt be working there if you dont want to work with the public or people's children. It's called courtesy. I'm shore if the situation was reversed they would want someone to be kind to them. I'm sick of that environment all together... Illmannered behavior should not be tolerated when working with kids. This is not the first time I have spoken abt this, but, apparently St Peters Pediatrics are okay with whom ever attends to there patient's.This will be my last time branging my child into this polluted space.... Absolutely ridiculous hardly returns phone calls and if they do they try to diagnose everything over the phone rather than seeing there patients...

Very unprofessional. More so the staff than the doctors. You can call as many times as you want and not once will you get an answer or a returned phone call.

OK service. Didn't schedule her up coming appointment at the end of her appointment seeing doctor like most do without tell 5hem most doctors give you something to give front desk or inform them to make a follow up appointment not you have to remember to inform them. Now I have to go of my way and find a minute with a newborn baby to call OK service.
