I had a very unpleasant experience - the staff was unprofessional, not knowledgeable, condescending and unhelpful. I got put on hold for a very long time, transferred several time, quoted very different information by the different reps I spoke with and ultimately treated condescendingly. Do not recommend.

Dr. Jukes is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! She treats each patient as an individual, listens, cares, and takes action toward patient health. I also love her office staff! Thank y’all for all that you do! Dr. Jukes helped me get my life back!

Avoid this place. They are a medspa masquerading as a doctors office. You will not see an actual doctor, it will be a PA or NP. It’s a chaotic mess over there and they do not respect you or your time. Kimberly Anderson- if you are not professional enough to manage your time appropriately, have the front desk change the way they schedule you. Your current schedule is clearly too much for you to handle.

This was the worst experience I've had ever. They do not know anything about African American skin. I had a procedure done it required 3 treatments. Cost1,500. After the first I noticed it wasn't going to work and made my eyes worse. I called and asked if I could cancel the service and get a refund for the remaining two treatments left. I was told refunds aren't given. So I was forced to do the treatment or waste my money. Don't go here if you ate black!!!!!

Vendors doing business with this office BEWARE. We provided catering service to this office twice in 2022 and have never been paid. Between the two invoices we have notified their office manager, Kelly Zimbelman, 10 times and have not received even a response to our emails. Have called the office multiple times trying to collect payment and Kelly has never taken or returned our calls. Extremely unprofessional. This has eaten up an enormous amount of my time that as a small business owner, I cannot spare. Based on their customer reviews, I can only assume this is a very poorly run office and should be avoided.

Modern women’s health was very accommodating when I had to come in for an emergency. Kim was so knowledgeable and kind and the assistants were great as well. Love this place.

I love Dr Jukes and her staff! Everyone is so efficient and genuinely there to help with any concerns, problems you may have. Dr Juke herself is very experienced and nothing goes by her unnoticed. I have been in their care since 2019 and would not consider going elsewhere.

Lisa Jukes claims shes an expert w gynecological conditions but refused to believe and effectively treat my endometriosis & PCOS. DO NOT go here if you have any real gynecological issues because her or her team are unable to treat you. She claimed I could not have bowel endometriosis even tho I was already diagnosed from a previous surgeon. After 5 years of her brushing me off I sought a real expert and he found stage 3 extra pelvic (bowel included) deep infiltrating endometriosis. She insisted to put me into menopause at 19 instead of electing for the golden standard treatment of endometriosis (laproscopic excision surgery). Don't believe her Mona Lisa & "expert" bologna. But if you want someone for your STD checks, Paps, and vaginal rejuvenation maybe her and her team are worth something? I do not recommend this practice for anyone looking for compassionate nor state of the art care. Cold and detached interaction starting with reception best describes my experience. I do not believe there’s a talented nor specialized medical practitioner in this company that justifies or out weighs the inept patient management care.

I was referred to Dr. Jukes by a friend and I am so glad I made the switch. I have been to her practice several times and it has always been a great experience. You can tell it is a private practice, not a corporate owned office. I had a Da Vinci procedure done by Dr. Jukes and it really makes you feel good when the nurses at St Davis reassure you that you are in the best hands! My recovery was super easy. I’ve been a patient for about 8 years and have never had any problems. I highly recommend dr Jukes and her staff.

I just completed Morpheus on my face and neck with Aubrey. I am really happy with the results. I was a little hesitant at first but was amazed especially in my before and after photos.My skin looks clearer and tighter.

Dr Jukes and her office staff really care about each patient. They take the time to get to know each patients concerns and needs. Short wait time and excellent explanation of procedures, diagnosis and prognosis.

Dr. Jukes is they best gynecologist around. After three other physicians couldn’t help me over the past 10 years, she diagnosed me quickly and I’m now living a pain free life. I’m beyond s grateful.

Dr. Jukes performed my surgery and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. As crazy as this sounds, but immediately after having an abdominal laparoscopic procedure and experiencing no pain anymore is incredible!! Thank you so much Dr. Jukes!

This was my second treatment for the Morpheus system to help combat the sagging eyes that come with aging. Both Baileigh and Aubrie are amazing! They took such care with me and are so personable. My first visit to a nee GYN in over 20 years. My appointment was better than expected and the time Dr. Jukes took to get to know my medical history is almost impossible to find any more. I could not be more pleased.

I love Dr Jukes’ practice! Everyone is highly skilled with extensive backgrounds in women’s health, very professional, yet so personable and easy to talk to. Seeing her, the first time, was a physical break thru I didn’t get any where else. She and her staff deserves the utmost respect and recognition.

Dr. Lisa Jukes is the absolute best doctor I’ve ever seen. I cannot express in words how amazing of a doctor and person she is. She was able to help me, when several gynecologists had completely dismissed my symptoms, and she got me scheduled for surgery within 24 hrs. My medical problem is finally solved and I’m beginning to feel like myself again, which is so refreshing!! I am so grateful for her empathy, efficiency, skill, and everything else that makes her such an amazing provider. I will travel to Austin- or anywhere she decides to practice- that’s how exceptional my experience has been with her.

I was visiting due to low energy, and typical menopausal symptoms. I sat with Dr Jukes and we reviewed my medical history and discussed the various options to help with my symptoms. I went with BioTe and the procedure was precisely as described during our discussion. I am only 1 week post implant and already feel my energy has increased and I feel less agitated/moody! Ginger Bane is amazing! Knowledge, professional, kind and efficient. Also the lady that does the blood draws was fantastic, barely felt it!

They were able to get me in as a new patient on a cancellation and were super accommodating! I really liked NP Candice, she was easy to talk to and had a great bedside manner!

Whether I go to Westlake or Lakeway, the office gets me in-and-out, quickly. Ginger Baine is helpful and performed my procedure well. She was informative and knowledgeable about the issue. I will travel out of town to keep coming back! Dr Lisa Jukes is so caring and interested in my healthcare as well as my well-being which makes me feel like a person and not just another patient. The staff is also very friendly and I feel comfortable every time I come to the office.

If you’re considering getting an IUD or coming to this office as a new patient please read: I’ve been going here for a couple of years. When I moved to Austin, I had to get a new gynecologist here for annual checkups and to get prescribed more birth control. My visits are usually quick pap smears and to renew my pill prescription. I’ve always felt uncomfortable during my appointments but I thought “who doesn’t feel comfortable completely naked on a cold table with a stranger touching your body?” After reading tons of other negative reviews, I realize the bedside manner of the nurses and doctors here is truly horrible. I also feel that I’m not being educated thoroughly whenever I ask questions. My doctor seems to be annoyed whenever I ask questions. Not sure if they’re always in a rush or what it is but I feel sass and I really wish that wasn’t the case. It’s been a week since my insertion and I’ve been having some negative symptoms. When I called to speak to someone about it, they were uneducated and kept speaking in circles. I couldn’t get a direct answer from them and it made me feel like no one in that office knows what they’re doing. Why should I trust these people with my long term health and body? It would be nice to feel like I’m in kind, empathic hands whenever I’m in such a vulnerable situation. I recently decided to get off birth control pills and switch to an IUD. My doctor recommended Kyleena. She gave me the pamphlet, I did tons of research online and decided to give it a go. I scheduled my insertion appointment. All I was told was that it was probably going to be uncomfortable and to take some Advil beforehand. The insertion was traumatic and the pain I felt was inhumane. I have a very high pain tolerance but the pain I felt was unlike anything I’ve experienced. I am young and have never given birth so that may be part of it but I really wish I had been warned or told that it was going to be painful. I immediately screamed and burst into tears. Afterwards, they put some peppermint oil on my stomach to ease the pain. I’m not sure why they didn’t do that first? Thankfully my partner was with me and was able to make sure I was okay. I cried for a while and stayed lying down. Eventually I got up to go check out and go home. I could barely walk from the pain and I definitely would not have been able to drive home. There was so much pain involved in the entire process and I just wish someone had warned me about this being a possibility. It felt like someone shoved their fist into my uterus and squeezed my insides as tight as possible. I’m sharing in hopes that this can help someone about to go through this! If you’re considering getting an IUD: go to a doctor you know will be gentle with you and will make you feel comfortable. Make sure you have food in your stomach beforehand. You don’t want to pass out or vomit from the pain. Take someone with you to hold your hand and drive you home. Take pain killers before hand!!! Take the strongest pain killer you’re willing to take. I took 3 Advil’s an hour before and they did absolutely nothing. And lastly, put peppermint oil on your belly before hand to numb the area. Update: From 4 stars to 5 because one tweak and more time has made a huge difference in my results! I went with a 4th Mona-Lisa treatment (which is recommended as an annual maintenance treatment) + a formulated BioTe HRT quarterly injection and I've seen the improvement I was looking for (greatly reduced pain during intercourse, increased libido, night sweats - gone, and better sleep). Trust the experts! I really like Dr. Bane. She’s a good communicator and shoots things at you straight, while taking a conservative approach. However, I’m not super satisfied with the Mona-Lisa treatment which was just shy of ‘guaranteed to work’, even for clients who have have pelvic radiation. It’s close to $3k, so if I could take it back, I would have preferred to spend the money elsewhere. Check-in procedures are always efficient - never have had a long wait.
