Dr Herrin and her staff have always been kind and very helpful. I never had trouble with any appts. Very relatable to my generation as I’m a grandparent raising my granddaughter. Thank you for always being so kind !!!

We needed an emergency appointment last minute and Dr. Herrin fit us right in. She always listens to all my concerns and has a solution. I value her so much. One of the front desk girls is lovely, the other needs to learn a smile and courtesy goes a long way. This place was horrible. First and foremost when you make an appointment, they do not take any information from you. The. When you show up no one says a greeting. Upon getting to the desk they tell you to sign in and that's it. Nothing else. You then sit in a dirty and low light waiting area. Once you get called back the person tells you to strip your baby (called my son a girl) and come out to the hall way. At this point my wife and I noticed water rot marks on the wall and the over smell of chemicals. This is were we walked out. Didn't get to see the Dr because the staff and building were so bad. Being in medical field for 15 years, you learn quickly that your staff gives patients their first impression of the office. I walked into this office and was not greeted, just simply stared at. I walked to the desk only to be told there was no doctor there. I scheduled the appt FIVE days ago online. She says "we tried to call you this morning." I pulled up my call log and showed her that I did not receive a call and asked if she left a message. To which she said she personally called and my voicemail never picked up. So you're telling me in the last FIVE days no one could have called me to make me aware, or even possibly a second call after 845(when the first call was supposedly made) when the appt wasnt until 230?! Unfortunately, I did not even and probably will not have the pleasure of actually meeting the physician. Its too bad, cause I hear good things about her. She is the best doctor , she came to the hospital around midnight to do circumcision for my son although I had not came to her office yet, I just chosen her as my baby pediatrician doctor through the website because it’s close to my house. I would recommend this doctor !

I feel very fortunate that Dr. Herrin is our doctor. She is amazing and has been a Godsend for my boys. She is a great listener and really cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable and always able to patiently explain her diagnosis. She works us in quickly for sick visits & school physicals and even gives reminder calls so we don't miss our yearly check-ups. Though very sweet in her demeanor, everything about her practice is incredibly unprofessional. We have NEVER been seen on time for an appointment. On several occasions, my wife or I have been left in an exam room with our young children waiting for over an hour past our scheduled appointment time. Recently during a scheduled ’Well Visit’ exam we were not allowed into the office at our scheduled appointment time and had to wait in our car for 25 minutes due to the “coronavirus scare”, despite having no indication of symptoms. When told we could come in after one family left, we came in and the nurse acted upset that we came in as previously instructed to do. She then proceeded to use so much Lysol in the room (with no ventilation system) that we had to open the window to breathe. I was then questioned about MY health because of coughing due to the EXCESSIVE Lysol use. As soon as our preferred doctor is added as a PCM in our insurance system, we will be switching, IMMEDIATELY!

Please use careful consideration before taking your child to "Dr. Mom" or her practice. Unfortunately, I didn't read any reviews before I started taking my child to see her 6 months ago. Yes, the doctor is patient and will spend LOTS of time (too much time) talking with you. The practice is disorganized and the office staff are unprofessional and poor communicators. Expect long wait times for each of your visits. I waited for over an hour on one visit only to find out that they had "forgotten" about us...of course with no apologies. The office also has problems transmitting prescriptions to your pharmacy which is a common complaint I heard from another parent. I actually had to go to the office and get a paper prescription just to make sure there was no miscommunication. This, of course, took a full hour for the office to accomplish.

Dr Herrin is lovely. But the reception staff is not. No one ever answers the phone or calls back after voicemails are left (ok, I lied. They’ve answered the phone 1x). It’s a LONG battle to get referrals and still is (been trying to get a referral since July 2018). The DR care is wonderful once you can actually get a hold of someone to make the appointment. Been through alot of doctors she's the best one I've found my kids love her she's patient and not judgemental we love you Dr herrin!

Has always been my daughters doctor since birth, has done excellent in treating her in whatever her needs were when we have come in. Always a great visit!!

We came once and our experience was awful. I came to get a shot record to give to a new doctor. After waiting 5 min for receptionist to come to the front, I waited 10 more min for her to print it. Then it showed no record of the 3 shots. THEY HAD NEVER PUT HER SHOTS FROM OVER A MONTH AGO IN THE COMPUTER! When I pointed this out the receptionist got EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Most unprofessional doctors office I've ever seen. Appalling, disgraceful, and technically not up to legal code.

Dr Herrin always makes time for my children and pays the most attention at our visits.. She answers all the questions I have and makes sure I leave the office satisfied.. Office Staff is super sweet to us all the time I never have trouble with them and they go above and beyond for my children more than any other office I have been too. I don't mind the wait time when I know my children are getting the best medical attention they can have.

Dr. Herrin is a great Dr. my kids also love her. Her staff is Very helpful too. Their is a little wait but most GOOD Dr's do. My Husband and I are very pleased to have Dr. Herrin and her sweet staff as their Pediatrician. Hope this helps another Family.

Love this doctor! She will answer all of your questions and is very loving and patient. The nurse in the back office is very helpful and great as well.

she is a nice doc., and answers every question I have, but she is constantly not in the office, and I have to reschedule. The last four times I've been able to get an appointment, there were staples in the floor of the waiting room and examination rooms were little ones are suppose to be able to crawl. The the toys they have for the little ones are filthy. Save yourself a headache and find another doctor's office.

Our newborn sons (he was 2 days old) first doc appt was for 11am, we weren't seen until 2pm....then we waited another half hour in the exam room. There were only 2 other kids in waiting area when we got there and only saw one kid come out while we were there. I don't know what they were doing back there. The staff practically ignores you. I have been calling to try to make an appt and also get my son's prescription for the last couple weeks and no one ever answers the phone and I leave a message but no one ever calls back. their text message and online system are a great idea in theory but it doesn't really work. All in all the doc is super nice, but we are just fed up with the office. Going to be switching asap. has really great reviews so I decided to give her a shot after I had my child in June. She was ok but we waited over 3 hours at both visits to her office. I cannot believe I didn't change after the first visit. Go elsewhere unless you enjoy sitting in a waiting room with screaming kids for HOURS AND HOURS.
