I started seeing Dr Hepfer in May 2020 after years of back and neck pain. I've had a scoliosis since childhood and thanks to Dr Hepfer, the daily pain went away after only a couple of adjustments. In only a couple of months of treatment, my back is a lot straighter and I feel a lot better. She has also helped my husband and I can only recommend Dr Hepfer and her team. Always a pleasant visit! Dr. Hepfer is nice, amiable, warm, and experienced, all you want and need in a chiropractor. She is part of my preventive care lifestyle. She is careful and caring, I’m happy and lucky to have found her! Her office staff is also kind and pleasant.

I have seen number of chiropractors in the Washington area. Dr. Hepfer is the only one who actually listens to me and respects what my body needs. She can adjust any joint and do it in multiple ways. Unlike some other chiropractors, who simply do global adjustments, she checks to see what specifically is misaligned on the patient and realigns that part. She is not only highly skilled, but has an almost photographic memory: even though she has hundreds of patients, she can recall whether a certain joint has improved since the last visit, as well as remember that your oldest child just started first grade or your spouse had surgery two months ago! It's rare to find a practitioner who cares like that. Dr. Hepfer healed me from two car accidents, assisting also with the paperwork and finding a good lawyer to successfully handle my case. She will collaborate with other practitioners and even found me a chiropractor when I was traveling out of state! Her staff is friendly and very accommodating and the practice feels like a community, not a factory. You will not find a more personable, professional chiropractor in the greater Washington area. Dr Hepfer is a broadly knowledgeable practitioner who has kept my back in great shape over the years and been a source of sound advice re how to strengthen underlying physical structures to avoid future episodes.
