Yes Dr. Hazard is an excellent doctor. She takes her time with you answers all of your questions. The staff is very friendly as well.

She is kind, passionate, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have had several visits with her and I can only sing praIses for her. She is truly a blessing.

Dr. Hazard always explains everything in detail and what I can expect in the future.

Dr. Hazard was very open, answered all my questions completely and helped map out a treatment plan/schedule. She listened carefully and explained options in detail.

Dr. Hazard was my physician of record during radiation treatments. Weekly meetings with her were to assess my condition/progress and to answer any questions or concerns that I might have. She was always profesional and caring about my progress.

I recently completed a round of 44 radiation treatments for prostate cancer from Dr. Hazard and her associates. Throughout the process, I was well informed and treated professionally from all involved. My appointments were always on-time and treatments were done promptly. Communications were excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Hazard and give many thanks to Emily, Mindy, Jeff, Olya and Diana for their kindness and caring support.

Her staff is the greatest staff that you will ever meet. They treat you like a king. If anyone needs this type of radiation treatment I recommend Dr Hazard and her staff.

Dr. Hazzard and her partner, Dr. Skrepnik, were very professional and extremely informative about the treatment procedure. Dr. Hazzard educated me to what the risks and outcomes should be. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable in our discussions. The entire staff became family!! The caring attitudes were very obvious to the patients. I am so grateful I was directed to their care.

The nurses and doctors were wonderful to be around and thier attitude was very friendly i looked forward every day to the treatments God bless you all for your work

I want to thank Dr. Hazard and her staff, Jeff, Olya ,Emily, Tiffany, Adelina for their professional during my 9 weeks of treatment. They were very helpful and were able to answer all my questions. They accommodated me when I had to have other cancer treatments. They became my family during this period. Thank you and hope you enjoyed the candy. What a great TEAM.

Nine weeks of treatment is a grind, but Dr. Hazard and the entire staff {Jeff, Olya, Tiffany, Lina, Emily} were all fantastic. There were days when the treatment time was actually the highlight of the day. Everyone was very capable and professional, particularly the day that the electricity went out and we were in the dark!

The experience with Dr. Hazard and her entire staff was Outstanding. The care and compassion as well as great skill led to great feeling. Of confidence. About a year ago I interviewed Dr Hazard to determine if I wanted Surgery or Radiation for my prostate treatment. She spent about two hours telling me all about the treatment, the tools, the side affects, the precision of treatment. When I returned for treatment for my cancer recurrence , she again was had wonderful bedside manners. I was fearful and she was reassuring. As an Engineer , I was curious and was also well fed with data. Jeff, Tiffany got me fitted. Antoinette and Lena were great

Dr. Hazard and her staff have taken great care of me, explained clearly the process and procedure then applied their technical expertise to help me overcome any possibility of recurring cancer. David, Tiffany and Jeff where my radiation technicians always greeted me respectfully and cheerfully...They all go out of their way to make feel welcomed and at easy with the procedure. We all enjoyed the clean waiting area and had an opportunity to share and socialize with other patients who were happy
