She told me what I already knew from my doctor and was no help at all. Worst psychiatrist ever!

I have been in treatment for 41 years. ?My pharmaceutical treatment was unsuccessful until I met Dr. Fraleigh 9 years ago. My treatment was stagnant and I was not doing well when I met Dr. Fraleigh. After being lost so long she welcomed me with a genuine smile and caring. She was so refreshing after years of stuffy doctors. She quickly assessed the situation and in 3 months had made more progress with my pharmaceutical treatment than the 31 years before. She has also made some life changing observations of me. Dr Fraleigh is also a medical doctor. A bonus. She is extremely thorough and doesn’t miss a thing. This town needed Dr. Fraleigh when she came. And we need her even more now. She is an absolute blessing to every patient. I wish there had been a Dr. Fraleigh when I was a child. She absolutely would not have let me slip through the cracks. My life would be different at 58 years old. I would be living not just surviving. She loves us all equally. Each and every one.

Dr. Fraleigh is Amazing! I have had an amazing experience with her and her staff

Dr. Fraleigh is incredibly kind and caring. I have been seeing her for years and she has helped me change my life completely. Her staff has always been professional and friendly and they are always well informed and helpful. I cannot recommend Dr. Lisa too highly.

I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for Dr. Fraleigh. With my oldest, I was at my wits on what to do after taking to a few therapist and different psychiatrist. After the first visit, she she diagnosed him and prescribes meds. After a slight adjustment to the dosage at the next appointment, my kids turned into a playful, focused kid. He started keeping friends, started to find ambition and his grades skyrocketed. Thanks Dr. Fraleigh! I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for Dr. Fraleigh. I have been going to Fraleigh for the last 10 years. My husband also goes to her. Our marriage would be very different, not for the better, if we didn't have her support. She is an incredible doctor. I have never had a long wait for an appointment, I see some have that experience. Without putting too much responsibility on one person she has saved my life, saved my brothers life and helped 3 of my other siblings get to a stable place. I have always felt safe with and respected by Her. She is professional and very experienced. She is a super hero in my family. I have been going to Fraleigh for the last 10 years. After 2 years of going to Dr. Fraleigh, I can finally say that I have left her care. I can most definitely say that she has caused more harm than good for both my mental and physical health. First of all, I have never been to an appointment where she was not at least 30 minutes late, and most of the time it was closer to between 45-60 minutes. I am unaware of how this is even possible, as I have never seen her with another patient during this time. As for myself, my appointments with her last about 10 minutes, even though she charges me for the full hour. Second of all, from the first meeting with Dr. Fraleigh, she was condescending and rude. At the time I chalked it up to being knowledgeable and a bit awkward, but I know now this is not the case. She has misinformed me on several occasions, which was quickly disproved by both a rudimentary google search and discussions with other medical professionals. Time and time again, she has been entirely unaware of what she was currently prescribing to me and my current symptoms. I would assume she should have this information in her notes, but she almost always refers to points we discussed several appointments ago. In addition, Dr. Fraleigh seems entirely unconcerned with my feelings and concerns. They were almost always immediately dismissed, even though in most cases, my concerns were completely warranted. Listening and trusting Dr. Fraleigh with my mental health has caused me more pain and suffering than I arrived with, not only mentally, but also physically. I would not recommend Dr. Fraleigh to anyone. After 2 years of going to Dr. Fraleigh, I can finally say that I have left her care. 0 stars if I could. Awful. Awful service and no professionalism at all. Every appointment she was about an hour late. She would walk past me back and forth without saying anything! She’s only out for your money. She put me through the RINGER on different medications. Messed me up. And giving me treatments for an eating disorder of which I do not have. She does not know how to properly diagnose people. Brought my own mother with me because she has always been difficult and she charged an extra $200 for it with no word. Pathetic. I would not waste your time and money with her. The office is always impossible to get ahold of. Pretty much that whole business is a mess and I do not understand how they still run today. She is the best, most professional, most caring Psychiatrist. She helped so much in our time of need. I would recommend her to anyone in need. She is an angel.

Dr. Fraleigh and TMS have absolutely saved my husband's life. He is doing so much better in life. He feels happiness and joy again. I would recommend the doctor and TMS whole heartedly.

Terrible bedside manner, didn't explain her choices in changing my medications, refused to even consider a diagnosis suggested by my therapist of over 2 years, gave nearly zero talk therapy which I need, tried to hospitalize me for an eating disorder I never had, and refused to change the form of Zoloft that I was on which lead to me being unable to take my medication at all which then lead to a near suicide attempt and a hospitalization in a behavioral unit. If that wasn't bad enough, she was usually late to our appointments by a half hour to an hour, and frequently switched offices with absolutely no warning whatsoever. Her office was incredibly difficult to get ahold of when giving prescription refills, which frequently resulted in me being without my medication for up to a week and a half at a time. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. Compared to no treatment at all, she's only a sliver of an improvement. The day I was able to leave her care I was so relieved that I nearly broke into tears. I have been going to Dr Fraleigh since September 2016 and she’s the best Dr I have ever seen!!! Would recommend her to everyone needing a physiatrist!!!

Very professional and compassionate.

I have been impressed with excellence of a doctor few times in my 58yrs. Dr. Lisa Fraleigh is one that I know we are truly fortunate to have. In my opinion.

They have helped my children and I to get the help we needed and get back to our own little selves. She is amazing with children and very respectful. My children came out of her office with smiles on their faces and saying that they love Dr. Lisa Fraleigh and cant wait to go see her again.

Dr. Fraleigh approaches treatment in a methodical and sympathetic manner. This adds up to a perfect balance between having a scientific mind and being an emotive being. She enjoys her work, and it shows. For my family, she has done what no other therapist or doctor has been able to do - to figure out our medical needs and provide us with the medicines that work. She has also educated us on how to critically analyze emotions and responses to medications. This has enabled us to give her meaningful feedback on multiple levels. Our lives have improved greatly because of Dr. Fraleigh. I recommend her highly. Dr. Fraleigh approaches treatment in a methodical and sympathetic manner. I spent over a year looking and needing someone who knew medicine to prescribe the right one for me. It was hard to go to a psychiatrist but I did it because I didn’t want what the latest drug reps were dropping off. Total unorganized office. Our stuff was stolen when we were on vacation which was my meds- it took three days to get a refil on vacation - they did not believe me treated me like a druggie- then they called and canceled my refills and did not tell me! I took my sons to her office, and I regret doing it. Most of the time we were at the 0ffice, she was late. The only good thing was my boys got to hold and play with the 2 cats that were in the office. On one of the visits, I was in tears and I started to tell her the horrible week I had with my sons, she stopped me right there and said "No, no, I am here to prescribe medicine only, you have to tell all that to their therapist" I was shocked, no kindness at all. On another occasion, she asked me "Do you know, why I have to charge so much? It is because of my student loans?", I was speechless. At this time, our therapist told us she was the only Psychiatrist in cache valley, so we kept taking our sons to her. The last time we saw her, she started to tell me , about the difficult week she had with her child!! (I was thinking to myself, Am I your therapist?, it was unbelievable. Last, but not least, we went to our appointment, and they had moved!!, no one call us to let us know. That was the last straw. It showed us that all she wanted was the money to pay her student loans and cared nothing about her patients. ( Our Boys) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO MY WORST ENEMEY. My experience with her has been good and bad. She was helpful and seemed to understand what I needed, however she is way over priced. Many many psychiatrists charge very reasonably and are the same, if not better. She was always late for her appointments- sometimes 45 min- 1 hour late with no notice given in advance. Dr. Fraleigh was very helpful at first. We met regularly but now I can't get a hold of her. My sister used to go to Dr. Fraleigh as well but she can't get a hold of her either. Won't even return my calls. Very unprofessional. She never even tried to get in touch with me.

Everyone in this office is as friendly as they come. I've never once given any place a 5 star rating, then I met the staff there and they deserve it. They helped me get my life back. They gave a husband back to his wife and a father back to his kids. I doubt I would be writing this today if it wasn't for them. Thank you Dr.fraleigh, Amy, and Faye for everything! Dr.Fraleigh and staff are amazing. They really do care about me and want to make sure I'm happy and healthy. Yes I agree sometimes it is hard to get calls back about anything(im not sure if they even like talking to me or not lol), or to not feel lost in the crowd like your just any other patient and your just a number...but you just have to remember that they REALLY DO CARE! And that Dr.Fraleigh is so good at what she does that she is so so so busy. So in turn it causes lots of frustrations to her and her patients because she wants to be there personally with all of her patients, but as of right now, she is trying her best to make sure our lives are happy, healthy, and productive. Thank you Dr.Fraleigh and office for all that you do!!!! ♡♡♡♡ I just want to add one more thing- My absolute favorite part about Dr.Fraleigh is that during our session she greets me so happily and is so happy during our whole session! Which is great because that's exactly what I love. I even asked her if she really cared about me or if I was just a number and she said "Andrew, I absolutely do care about you! I want you to be so happy! Dr. Fraleigh is extremely thorough, recommending I get tested for a few physical health conditions that have been impacting my mental health. She patiently reviewed the medications with me and addressed and validated my concerns and feelings. I recommend her to anyone. (It can be difficult to contact a person in her office.)

We have been searching for the rigt doctor for my 13 year old son for years. Dr. Fraleigh is a breath if fresh air. When we left he said "wow mom, she reslly gets whats going on in my head" I am so glad to have found such a great doctor.

In the course of 17 yrs of seeing different psychiatrists, I have never been treated better than Dr. Fraleigh when it counted most. She compasssionately came through for me by doing an emergency office visit in time of crisis that her expertise with med management literally saved me from a psychiatric hospitalization. That's absolutely amazing psychiatric care in a day and age where this just doesn't happen. She's passionate, kind hearted, listens with empathy, experienced, and knows her stuff.

Dr. Fraleigh is a great person. She became a doctor for all the right reasons and cares about her patients. I would never recommend her to anyone however, as she is very, very disorganized. Their office is always in disarray and it sometimes takes weeks to get a phone call back if you have a question. Good psychiatrist, pessimal organization. I might recommend if she got a different secretary (Fay was the one I worked through). If you are getting anxiety treated, this will cause you more.

She was the only therapist I have ever had that completely understood me. She made me feel better and sooo comfortable. She was very kind and very easy to get along with. She's not from Logan so she offers a non religious non judgemental perspective. Over all incredible
