Dr. Lisa Ann Benning

I first want to say that I have not ever personally face-to-face met Dr. Lisa Bennington..but nonetheless I found her to be a compassionate, caring and respectful Doctor. My father was admitted to the hospital 3 days prior due to unresponsive dialysis. He was to have two dialysis treatments and be discharged. He got out of dialysis at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and was still waiting for discharge papers at 6:30 that evening. I called and complained several times and only to be ignored. I was very upset. I got a hold of the patient advocate gentleman and he probably found out who my fathers hospital doctor was and shortly after everything was resolved . But what gratified and impressed me the most was that Dr. Lisa Bennington called me personally to apologize and explain why the situation was the way it was. And she knew every detail of my father's condition and hadn't even gotten to see him they were so busy. Not too many hospital communication experiences are ever good... but you cannot say that if your lucky enough to be Dr. Lisa Benning's patient. What a wonderful incredable Doctor. Dr. Benning saw my mother and took me on after my mother passed away. She is wonderfully gracious and caring. I don't care about the wait time. Dr. Lisa is taking as much time with me as everyone else. All Dr's. should be so caring toward their patients. I travel a long way to see my Dr's. Someone in the office asked me why. Well...they become a very vital part of your life. I was given a gift when Dr.Lisa took be on as a patient. I don't ever want to lose her

Works very hard to find the cause of problems, not just treat symptoms.An excellent physician with focus on health care, not profit. A great family doctor.

Good doctor but the wait time is an average of 3-4 hours. I have to take off a half day of work to see her. In an emergency, can't get in to see her. Had to see her young, inexperienced nurse practitioner who was of little help.
