A wonderful place, all the staff is so nice and Dr Lindi is amazing, my daughter love her.

I have been taking both of our boys to dr lindi since they were old enough to see a dentist and our youngest is autistic and requires special attention dr lindi and her staff have been providing outstanding care for our family for almost 15 years and I have and continue to refer her to anyone that is looking for the best dentist for their children. Dr. Lindi and her team are amazing. My children actually enjoy going to the dentist now that we come here!

Dr Lindi and her nursing staff r amazing I brought my grandson to her who is 6 and needed dental work she was caring compassionate and let me know everything there were gonna do my grandson loved her and the nurses the are very loving and assured my grandson he was doing great the whole time could not ask for a better place. I took my one year old in for his first cleaning and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lindi and her staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They were fantastic through the whole process and made sure to explain and show everything to my little guy so he knew exactly what they were going to be doing to his teeth. My daughter came in for her first ever dentist appointments and it was the best experience. The hygienist was so sweet, patient and kind. She took so much time to show and let my daughter hold every tool, practice on her stuffed animal and laugh. The office is extremely clean and the waiting room is incredible. We were brought in right away, very punctual and almost no wait for the dentist after the cleaning My daughter came in for her first ever dentist appointments and it was the best experience. The staff and Dr Lindi are all Very good with my children, always keeps my young one informed of what they are doing, he was always scared of the dentist and after our first visit he said "mom this is our new dentist" The office is clean and modern.

Dr. Lindy is probably the 4th dentist I took my son to, due to having so many horrible experiences with other places. Dr. Lindy, including the staff, were amazing! My son now has no fear of going to the dentist :)

I took my son here for a cavity, after being examined the dentist said she prefers to cap the tooth not fill it . I asked to please try the filling rather then having a silver tooth for 5 years . I was immediately treated like a fool who didn't have my sons best interest at heart , spoken down to and from there on treated rudely ! She also filled a cavity on his front tooth in wich she left so gritty food sticks to it still months later ! when I asked to smooth it was again treated poorly !

Personally, I would give no stars on this review of I had the option. I took my one yr old to Dr.Lindi in 2010, apparently there was a mix up of communication on the appointment TIME and the office said I was late. I disagreed with the front desk woman, because I had the card it was written on. And they had put it in the computer incorrectly. She had an awful attitude and I called her out on it...then they saw my son, who was not even there for teeth, as he was only one...he was there to get comfortable with dental appointments. And she saw us, charged us, then after we left she flagged our file as to not give us anymore appointments due to being late. I just had a referral there, here in 2016, my son is now 7, and they refused to see him Bc he was late in 2010. Give me a break. Snobby, and the dentist isn't anything special. In fact she's pretty aggresive with how she talks to the parents. The only thing people really are attracted to is their decor...and they need it to look amazing when they treat people the way they do. Ugh. Don't bother. We've been taking our kids to Dr. Lindi for several years. I can assure you that Dr. Lindi is a caring and compassionate dentist. She is honest and direct with parents, which may not be your cup of tea, but she truly has your kid’s best interest at heart. Our oldest son is high-functioning autistic with some sensory issues. She's very easy going and gentle with him and makes him feel completely at ease. Our daughter LOVES Dr. Lindi and frequently asks when she gets to go back to the cool dentist's office. After every visit, she can’t wait to tell her preschool class about going to the dentist. The staff at Newburyport Pediatric Dentistry is professional, caring, and friendly. Their new office is amazing and the kids have so much fun playing before their appointment. It’s one of the few places that we make sure to get there a bit early so the kids can play. It’s all we can do to drag the kids out of the office when it’s time to leave! We've been taking our kids to Dr. Lindi for several years. Don't bring your children here! I brought my two daughters here based on the google reviews, but I was extremely unhappy! I did not care for Dr. Lindi at all.

I would give the office staff at Newburypot Pediatric Dentistry a 5 star, but Dr. Lindi is just terrible!! She gave me a hard time because my child had one cavity and she accosted me stating "I needed to take her dental health more seriously". Needless to say, I did not take her advice to get the tooth filled and went somewhere else for a second opinion. Our new dentist is much nicer and it turns out the tooth did not need to be filled anyway! I found this woman to be extremely unprofessional and RUDE, don't take your children here!
