Dr. Linda Jane Tong

I have been with Dr.Tong since 2004/2005 and absolutely love having her as my gastroenterologist. She is thorough and explains everything very well to me. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Tong takes the time to explain things and listen to any questions or concerns. I never felt rushed or concerns dismissed at a visit or procedure.

I was having my first flare up with what I now know to be ulcerative colitis. I was very sick, couldn't work, and was in extreme pain. The original dr. I was working with wasn't meeting my needs or providing a treatment plan. I was referred to Dr. Tong and she make every effort to get me onto her schedule as soon as possible. Once I was able to meet with her she was extremely knowledgeable, completed tests immediately, and has formed a long term treatment plan. In short...she is amazing!

I waited over 30 mins. to be seen (there was another person who had an appointment at the same time as me with her). The appointment was rushed. When I checked out the admin staff ordered a follow-up procedure for me. They called the hospital and right in front of the waiting room, they announced my SSN, address, and procedure. I had a follow-up appointment with Dr, Tong, which they forgot to put in the system so I showed up with no appointment and they gave ME a hard time about it.

saw Dr Tong today. Thought she was very thorough and not rushed. Saw me on time. Office as a whole was very professional. Would definitely recommend Dr Tong.

Dr. Tong has a great bedside manner and listens to you explain your symptoms and is very interested in helping you the patient.

I had an appointment at 1:00 and was still waiting at 2:15. Apparently the doctor was still doing a procedure and no one knew how long she would be or bothered to tell me. I finally ask the staff, who seemed to be busy socializing. No one cared. I call that bad service. This isn't the first time. My advise is to avoid this office, unless you like to be kept waiting and being uninformed.
