She Really Took Excellent Care Of Me...

Doctor Smiley did a total hysterectomy on me April 2015. She made a huge mistake and clipped my colon. She didn’t know it and took her 3 days to figure that out and call in a specialist to help. Till this day I am having issues and she will not step up and help me. She promised to pay my dr bills and did not. Will not pay anything. She needs help and Jesus because of everything she has put me and my family through and still hasn’t helped.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Smiley, she is the BEST doctor to have. I traveled over 2.5 hours to see Dr. Smiley From my first appointment, I knew she would be the doctor that performed my surgery. Dr. Smiley is the definition of excellence.

We have been extremely satisfied with the staff, nurses, and the most wonderful professional doctor that has treated us as a concerned doctor for her patient! Dr Linda Smiley has the confidence, love and respect of her patients and her peers!

I love this place

She is very patient, answer any concerns you may have. She's not pushy. Very nice staff as well.

Everyone at West Clinic are so kind and compassionate. No one wants to be there but the kindness helps the nervousness. From the people that check you in to the technicians, you are treated with respect!

I cannot say how wonderful this woman is and her team! I was referred to her because I had 2 fibroids that were the size of cantaloupes. She is warm and friendly! Not only that, she is talented, smart as a whip, and a comedian too. She made me feel really relaxed and promised to take good care of me. If you need help in this area with your health, I highly recommend her. I would give her 10 stars but it only allowed 5! I cannot say how wonderful this woman is and her team! She is an amazing, caring , brilliant Doctor. She is very personable and always informative regarding my health and test results. She saved my life from ovarian cancer. I am fortunate and blessed to have her as my doctor

My total experience at West Clinic was all positive, informative, supportive and helpful. From entering the front door the staff was so courteous and assisted me throughout the process. This was my first time seeing Dr. Smiley, and she and her staff are phenomenal, making sure my experience was with sensitivity and dignity.

Dr.Smiley is an Oncologist that no words can give her the amazing description she deserves, but I will try....Dr.Smiley listens to your problems, concerns, and anything that you feel you need to share. She is loving and truly cares about each and everyone of her patients. She "has her plate full", but she still gives us each every moment we need. So, if you sit waiting longer than your like, please know she is giving us all the time we need to help fight the cancer we have. If you are having issues that require another Physician (in a different field), she will find you one that fulfills those needs and they will work together.. They are a team. I have been going to West Clinic for two and one half years. Their care, professionalism and efficiency are second to none. My doctor, Dr. Smiley, is wonderful! She listens, explains, questions and gives me the full picture, which is what I want. She discusses plan options with me and takes my opinions into consideration when she decides on a care plan, with my agreement. I could not ask or find a better doctor. One of the nicest and kindest doctors we have known. She shows real concern for her patients and has their best interest at heart. We are truly blessed to have her as our doctor. Her whole staff is just wonderful and so helpful, they are a joy to deal with

Dr. Smiley is the best of the best. She exemplifies the meaning of EXCELLENCE. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She has proved to be the best Doctor I have ever had in my life.

I am a former patient of Dr. Smiley. I was very pleased with her up close and personal care during my emergency procedure in 2015. She knew her job well and in my opinion she got the job done right the 1st time! I would highly recommend Dr. Smiley to anyone who needs expertise service and who shows compassion for people and their wellbeing.

I’ve only seen Dr Smiley once but I would highly recommend this Dr. She was thorough in looking through my medical history. I have met Dr Linda Smiley several times since last May and I know she is a wonderful gynecologist. Dr Smiley is kind, very caring, understanding, considerate and helpful! She always does her very best to solve my health problem in term of diagnosis, prescribe medications, treatments and emotional support, including a recent surgery. I have been so grateful for all her great help, especially for the special prescription, which I cannot get from any other doctors! God Bless Dr Smiley!!!

I would just like to say Dr Smiley is a excellent doctor. She's very good at what she does. I had uterine cancer and had a total hysterectomy in 2016. She and her coworkers are very good to me. I'm so glad I was referred to her. And very thankful. God bless her and her team!

Would not recommend her for surgery. She made a mistake that anyone could have made & clipped my colon but it took her a week to find it. Also I am still in lots of pain with no help. No help with medical bills, time missed off work, can’t finf a job so no money. But no help besides a small Christmas check. It would be nice for some help! But she was a very good doctor till she started caring more about herself then me and my family.

Dr. Smiley is an excellent doctor. She actually takes the time to listen to her patients and presents all options of treatment in the best intrest of the patien. She loves working with people and shows a genuine concern for all of her patients. She is truly an outstanding and awesome gynecologist.

She is arrogant and tries to force all patients to be treated her way, disregarding the wishes of the patient.

Dr. Smiley is a very caring doctor. She listens to and answers you and your family questions. She explains things to you and your family. She even looked for my family after my surgery for Ovarian Cancer, and found them in the cafeteria downstairs. You don't find many doctors like her.

I am in my fourth year of ovarian cancer under Dr. Smiley's care. She is an extremely talented physician and will do almost anything to suppress the disease. She also consults other doctors to form the protocol of treatment for you if necessary. She is available to answer questions and is well-respected in the medical community.
