I was treated very rudely by your receptionist. I had called and made the appointment about a month ago. She told me I was late when I was ten minutes early. She practically threw the clipboard at me. Very bad attitude not patient friendly and when I handed her my insurance card she snarled and said you are Tier 2. I had called prior to making the appointment to verify Tier 1 vs Tier 2 coverage. Needless to say I would think in this job market you could find someone much more qualified.

Had endoscopy and colonoscopy at same time. Dr Shields makes you feel comfortable in discussing your problems and having confidence in her.
