Dr. Linda Mary Riddick

We have been very happy with Dr. Riddick. She is knowledgeable about our daughter's condition and has been kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend her.

Extremely disappointed. I took my 16 year old daughter there for a year follow up because she suffers from Hashimoto's. The clinical support staff was kind, and patient but the Provider seems to lack knowledge, and wasn't concerned whatsoever with the fact my daughter is losing a significant amount of hair, has severe fatigue, depression, and joint weakness. She ordered ONE lab to check my daughter's TSH but refused to order a CBC or give any medical insight. Dr. Riddick stated to find a Dermatologist for my child and request a CBC from the pediatrician. I called back today to request a 2nd opinion with another Provider there but was told that may not be an option for us because the attending doctor (Dr. Riddick) is the one who ultimately decides if an internal transfer is justified? I just want my daughter to feel better. I am super bummed, and wish there were more Pediatric Specialists in our area.

Really dissatisfied. I traveled an hour to this office to be told what I already knew and be given a script for bloodwork that they couldn't even do there! A complete waste of time. I was then told I would get a call 2 weeks with the results. Luckily, I get the results from the lab's portal because I never got a call back from the nurse and waited 6 months before I heard from them. I then had an appointment and due to poor weather conditions asked to have a telehealth visit instead. I was told no. That the doctor doesn't do virtual appointments she needs to see the patient in person. I said fine, we could set up another appointment but I'd waited several months to speak with the doctor about this lab test, I'd like for her to call me at my scheduled appointment time. I was told no, the doctor doesn't do that. The next appointment available was two months out. Completely unacceptable! Take your kid somewhere else where they'll be valued and the parents will be treated with respect and understanding. Don't waste your time here.

The doctors are fine but the practice is not well managed. It is a pediatric practice that does not offer after school or Christmas break appointments. I have to take my child out of school for routine checks made 6 months in advance. Also, I get either no confirming calls for appointments or a text on a weekend for a Monday morning appointment with no way to cancel.

Excellent Doctors, nurses and staff. Our Son was born at AMC and has all of his specialists at AMC and they have all been wonderful in the last 18 years. Endocrynology has been amazing especially Mary Gleason.

Terrible Endocrinologist. Doesn’t listen to the parent the Patients, Likes to Bribe Parents, lie and Go behind your back. Doesn’t NOT know, question or Acknowledge the patients backgrounds, or previous medical History. Avoids parents and parents questions/Confrontation. Refused to give me any answers, recharging my Three Year Old Son. She supposedly has practice for 38 years But could NOT tell me what a NET white blood cell was when I asked. This is a really scary place to send your Son or Daughter. I would 100% Recommend going somewhere else and saying yourself the time, money, depression, frustration and especially if you want to be listened to; DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Dr. Riddick is excellent. She truly cares about her patients . She always takes her time to answer questions we might have. I highly recommend seeing her for care.

Dr. Riddick truly cares for her patients. At a time when I felt lost and scared for my child she put my mind at ease by always being available to answer our questions. Grateful to have had our baby in her care!

AMAZING doctor... been seeing her for 4+ years and I am about to go to college. So compassionate and works very well with you.

Dr. Riddick is a gift to our family. Our son has been with her for 18 years and she has always been professional, encouraging, engaging, accommodating and very informative. She is very personable and always willing to answer questions. She has excellent nursing staff. They are an amazing team of nurses! We are blessed to have them care for our son.

Let me just start off by saying that we will NOT be bringing our daughter back to see this doctor. I have already made calls to get our daughter another Pediatric Endocrinologist. She was extremely condescending. As far as her being a pediatric doctor I find that to be astonishing as she barely spoke to our daughter but rather about her as if she wasn't even in the room. My husband and I felt rushed through the appointment and she seemed uninterested in answering any of our questions.
