Met with her a couple of times via phone. First conversation was the cursory get to know the patient and situation. Second talk was mostly me explaining things and ultimately given techniques I already indicated I was using with little success. We had a third visit set up, but with Covid we ended up not meeting and postponed the appointment. After work resumed and kids school schedules were sorted out I attempted to schedule appointments only to be told that as it had been too long since last visit, I was no longer a patient. I understood that and asked to still make an appointment. I was told they would look to see what would be available and someone would get back to me sometime the middle of next week. That was three weeks ago.
