Dr. Linda Sue Lacy

Dr. Lacy saved my life. I had a major infection after my Hysterectomy and she assembled the greatest team of doctors to help me. I am a patient for life!! Dee is great also!!

Great doctor! Awesome bedside manner and incredibly competent.

Dr. Lacy and staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Lacy was kind and took the time to explain my condition. Office wait time was minimal.

Horrible doctor. Laid there naked in a gown for over an hr freezing when she finally graced me with her presence explaining that they were unable to have lunch because of patient volume... as if that is an excuse for me laying there and my time Isnt valuable. Then she proceeded to tell me that the cyst I had was common and the PA shouldn’t have sent me for an US. although I had no evidence of her looking at the US and she made me wait over an hr to tell me that and walked out. I never returned and I should have thrown her bill away. GARBAGE practice

You don't get to see or speak to Dr. Lacy, not even if you need to discuss your concerns. Medical assistants don't return your calls. And its very difficult to speak to anyone in that office over the phone. A lot has changed over the years and not in a good way.

Dr. Lacy is an excellent physician in her field. She is highly knowledgeable and cares about her patients. She listens to your concerns and makes you feel very comfortable. She’s the best!!

I went to Dr. Lacy seeking help with my hormones after having had a complete hysterectomy. We are a military family and moved here and I was referred to her by our insurance. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. First, she has a very abrasive bedside manner and when you are already feeling horrible, it only makes you feel worse. Secondly, after getting on hormones, her office would NOT get back to me or the pharmacy to refill my prescriptions. It was terrible. It was as if I did not matter whatsoever. I called the office, sent messages via the portal, and even had the pharmacy call which nothing worked. I am still without my hormones. It is the worst feeling and has had such a negative impact on my daily life for the past week. I am very disappointed in the office and her professionalism and would not recommend anyone to her at all.

Absolutely love her! She was very attentive, explained in detail what could be wrong. Showed concern. Most importantly, I felt comfortable.

Dr. Lacy is always friendly and explains everything in language easy to understand. I feel very comfortable with her.

Dr. Lacy takes her time with you and answers all questions that you may have.

I see NP DeeDee Pennington. She is fantastic.

She answered all my questions and is a great provider.

Attentively listened to my concerns. Explained in detail a course of action. I felt compassionately taken care of.

Dr. Lacy is a patients dream come true. Her experience and knowledge is amazing, brilliant and comforting. We are lucky to have her in El Paso.

When you can actually get in, the appointment goes well. I had to visit the ER for an issue and needed a follow-up with Dr. Lacy, but they said it would be 2 months before I could get an appointment. They know you are in pain that is severe enough to send you to a hospital, yet they want you to wait 2 months to get an appointment.

She really takes the time to listen, go over things and explain. That is wonderful and informative of her.

Excellent!! Dr Lacy explains everything thoroughly! Staff is efficient ON time...no waiting. Medical Assistant, Yvette, returned my calls and gave me answers to all my questions. I recommend Dr Lacey!

Short wait times, compassionate doctor. Have been seeing Dr. Lacy for several years now and every interaction with her has been positive even when the information she needs to deliver is not easy.

Dr Lacy is one of the best doctors ever! She is always upbeat and stays up to date with the newest health issues.Her staff is very nice and always treat me kindly!

DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Linda Lacy does not care about her patients. For example: My mom was referred here and when ever she has an issue and books an appointment she NEVER gets to see or talk to Linda Lacy instead you will see one of the practitioners there. And you NEVER get phone calls returned. Long story short Linda Lacy NEVER helps her patients and instead send them off with a referral. Leaving my mom in pain and no help. LINDA LACY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS.

her staff especially in the front desk have no people skills...I have never been treated so badly in my life...I would never ever go there again even if this place was the only GYN office NO WAY thanks to the staff who are so rude and out of touch...

after 17+ years I have decided not to continue seeing her. For the longest time she and her staff were very caring, understanding and professional However Dr Lacy has changed over the past few years. Her bed side manner has gotten worse and in my experience loses her patience quickly. Last appt she belittled me and called me out in front of everyone in the hall when I was having difficulty w/the way a certain procedure was going to be done on me & I asked if it could be done differently.

I've always had issues with this office but today finally did it! I arrived 10+ mind before my grandmas appointment time and they told me we were late. When i asked how, they explained that policy was arriving basically 30 mins ahead of my appointment time. I have never had an issue before this time whether arriving 10 mins early or right at my appt. Time. I waited 15 mins to talk to an office manager who tells me I would have to reschedule my appointment because I was "late" and I would get cha

Horrible experience, i do not recommend this Gyno for anyone ever. It would not only be emberrasing to recommend this doctor to anyone as to how bad her whole office is but her professionality is very very low. You wouldn't want to come visit this gyno. If you have a problem go find someone else.

I didn't see Dr. Lacy, but I saw her nurse practitioner Pattington and she was awesome! She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. She was delightful! The office staff were all very nice, and their office is run with such efficiency. I would highly recommend!

Dr LACEY is an excellent Dr. Cares deeply about her patients and looks at their overall health as well as her specialty. Wait time was minimal.

I had my appt confirmed on Thursday May 12 I don't know the girls name that called me. She sounded young. My appt was at 9:15 for Monday the 16th. then Friday I got another phone call that my appointment was at 10:15. I told the girl are you sure because you called me yesterday. She responded yes its at 10:15. So I go and I sit there for about 20minutes at 10:15 and the receptionist, (I don't know her name) tells me that my appt was at 9:15. Need better customer service.

Very professional 16 years later I was fortunate enough to get an appointment as a returning patient. She still holds the same principles that I found set her apart from most physicians in practice. I trust her and highly recommend her to anyone who values a practice that respects patients privacy and upholds a high standard of care.
