The staff is absolutely amazing! Friendly, easy-going and approachable! Dr Krebs is amazing! She is so personable, resourceful and attentive. We loved the entire experience. His teeth came out absolutely awesome and they even sent him home with a wonderful going away present on the day he got his braces off! Dr Krebs is kind, gentle and on top of current orthodontic practices. Exceptionally clean and well equipped practice. Staff always friendly, accommodating and on time. Thank you for a new smile for Mike.

My two boys now have beautiful teeth! The staff is friendly and accommodating. They made putting twins through braces a manageable process. Highly recommend!

Excellent and friendly service and did a great job with my children's teeth

Getting braces can be like buying a car. When my first child got his braces I shopped around and couldn’t believe how different offices were. I chose Dr. Krebs and I couldn’t have been happier. I had my daughter also go to Dr Krebs and her teeth are beautiful! Although I had my youngest daughter go to another office because of convenience as she could walk to the office from her school, I wish I stayed with Dr. Krebs. I can see the difference. Dr Krebs is sweet and caring and her work is amazing. She is a perfectionist. She gives 100% of her expertise to you. I actually just got out of my Invisalign. I wouldn’t have gone to anyone else. She worked well with my dentist on my treatment and I am extremely happy. If you are looking for an orthodontist I highly recommend Dr. Krebs in Chelmsford MA. , she is wonderful and her office staff is great. You won’t be disappointed. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Krebs and her staff! They treat both of my children as individuals and have been respectful, flexible, and understanding of their needs. I was very nervous about orthodontic treatment for my son because he has a history of sensory overload and anxiety at the dentist’s office. I spoke with Cheryl, the office manager, on the phone and she really took the time to understand my concerns and made me feel confident that they would work with me to ensure a positive experience. When I first met with Dr. Krebs to discuss my son’s case, she presented a plan and said that the plan could be adapted based on his tolerance of office procedures and the appliances in his mouth. Dr. Krebs, Karen and the other assistants have been extremely patient with him and have adapted the way they do things based on what he can tolerate. My daughter just started her orthodontic treatment with Dr. Krebs and everyone has been very understanding of her concerns as well. With Covid, now might not seem like the best time to start orthodonture, but the protocols Dr. Krebs has put in place make me feel extremely confident of my children’s safety. Dr. Krebs is wonderful! She is kind, caring and understands my anxiety regarding my teeth! Her staff is always polite, professional and accommodating. My daughter's smile is gorgeous and now I'm there going through my invisiline treatment. She has taken Covid serious and I appreciate her keeping us all safe. I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Krebs office is great! She and her team are fantastic! Really understanding, friendly, caring and funny! Love Heather and Kelcie, they're such sweet women. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a wonderful team to help you reach your goals for a great smile! Cooper's Mom :-)
