Linda M Hunt

I started seeing Dr. Hunt after my rheumatologist retired. I was having flares for over a year and small nodules developed on my knuckles. My former rheumatologist was hesitant to change my medications, humira and methotrexate were no longer effective. Dr. Hunt stopped humira and prescribed rinvoq along with a prednisone burst. The results were amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Hunt.

I have been a patient of Dr Hunts now going on about 5 years. She is so kind and caring and listens to my concerns in regards to my sjogrens. She has never made me feel rushed, just the opposite. Really appreciate the time that she takes.

After seeing Dr. Hunt for a second opinion regarding my conditions, I chose to stay with my primary rheumatologist for continuity of care. Less than 2 years later when my primary rheumatologist left his practice, I reached out to Dr. Hunt to follow up with her. I was called back by the receptionist who informed me that Dr. Hunt would not continue to see me as a patient due to having her as a second opinion and not deciding to switch to her when I first saw her. Major ego red flag!! I was pretty shocked when I was made aware of this and the receptionist was very apologetic. As a professional and clinical director of a healthcare facility in town, this is highly unethical and I'm grateful I'm finding this out about her now. I feel like I dodged a bullet with this doc!

Honestly the best doctor I’ve ever had, I normally dread going to any doctor but look forward to going she is very insightful, listens, helpful and has given me a lot of hope with what I’ve been dealing with for many years... I highly recommend Dr. Hunt

The best. Dr. Hunt took care of my medical issues. Office visits have been a wonderful experience. Feel relaxed during the exam. Her staff are very helpful and friendly. Thanks St. Luke's for having doctors who care. Great hospital.

Dr. Hunt is really knowledgeable. She’s not afraid to try new thing with my osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

I absolutely love Dr. Hunt! She really listens to you, finds the right treatment plan for you and truly wants to see you better. Her staff is exceptional as well. I’m so glad I found her, she changed the quality of my life.

Dr. Linda Hunt is a terrible doctor. She diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis about a year ago. Since then, I have had many concerning symptoms and side effects from my medicine that she refused to take a look at. She would not listen to me or take me seriously. I had to drive an hour and a half, there and back, to her appointments for her to sweep all my problems under the rug. I got fed up with feeling unheard, so I switched doctors. Come to find out, I DON'T have rheumatoid arthritis. My new doctor found that out almost immediately because he actually listened to me. Dr Hunt is a very thorough and caring Doctor. I was amazed at how long she spent with me for my first visit with her. She confirmed my initial diagnosis of RA from my doctor in LA. She put me on medication that is helping me. Now I'm back in LA, but I'm having a virtual visit with Dr. Hunt because I need a second opinion. She is an amazing rheumatologist. Just like every other doctor. Sees you for five minutes, can’t actually do anything but prescribe drugs to numb the pain or refer you somewhere else to wait months for another appointment. Extremely rude and unkind demeanor.

I have been a patient of Dr Linda Hunt for over thirty years and she has been treating me for Rheumatoid arthritis the entire time. She ordered high risk medications for me to take. After consulting with other doctors I was tested and found out that I do not have Rheumatoid arthritis, needless too say I am no longer a patient of Dr Linda Hunt. She also changes offices frequently and when you make an appointment about a week before you get a call from her receptionist asking you to reschedule your appointment, this happens way too frequently. I have been a patient of Dr Hunt for 28 years and think she is still wonderful! I first saw her when I was 45 years young snd couldn’t lift a cup of coffee with both hands. She determined I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. Then and now she has always found the right combination of drugs, physical therapy, etc to help me live my life and care for myself. I give her A+ rating.

I was referred to Dr. Hunt in March 2018. I was made aware immediately that I had to first send in all medical documents before making an appointment. Once I was able to make an appointment I had to wait nearly 2 months before her first opening. Today, I received a call that after all this time, my appointment in one week needed to be rescheduled as the doctor would not be able to see me and yet once again I would have to wait another 2 months. All this time while in pain. Heartless Doctor!

Dr Hunt is highly unprofessional....overly opinionated and very argumentative. I'm happy I made the decision to go somewhere else for care !

Hunt was late, disorganized and unprofessional. I'm not pleased that I wasted months waiting for the appointment. As I waited in the treatment room she was shouting about other patients to her staff across the office, so don't expect discretion. Said she didn't have time to complete a patient history, didn't order any tests. Do yourself a favor and find a different rheumatologist.

I have never written a review before but Dr Hunts is not a doctor I would recommend. She lets patients wait for up to an hour and a half and doesn’t care. Today she didn’t like that I brought my granddaughter because she doesn’t want kids in her exam rooms and wanted me to leave her with the front desk. My husband is a doctor also and has never treated a patient like this

Dr. Hunt is a very caring, personable doctor who has helped me by treating and controlling my lupus. I am fortunate to have her knowledge and expertise to help me fight this condition. She’s not just a doctor, she’s become a friend.

Dr. Hunt is very personable and takes a genuine interest in her patients and their symptoms. I am pleased that my primary care physician referred me to her.

Dr. Hunt is a great doctor. She is very thoughtful and thorough and works hard to untangle any issues I'm having with my rheumatoid arthritis. She seems genuinely concerned about her patients, and she has a friendly staff, as well. In addition, she'll work me in for an appointment if I have an urgent matter. For my regular appointments, I rarely have to wait long in the waiting area. The office runs efficiently, and I feel Dr. Hunt also spends sufficient time with me during my visits.

Dr. Hunt is compassionate and caring about her patients. She listens intently to patient concerns and problems, and she tries very hard to address them in a professional and responsible manner.
