Dr. Linda Huang

Dr. Linda Huang is the Medical Director for MedAesthetics. This is the sole reason I chose to have FX Active CO2 Laser Resurfacing there on 4/26/21. Per the laser manufacturer, the downtime is meant to be a few days to 2 weeks. On day 3 post procedure, my face became bright red, blistered, and excruciatingly painful. This persisted for several months. I requested a refund for the procedure. MEDAesthetics’ owner refused. I then met with Dr. Linda Huang. She referred me to a dermatologist for a series of treatments at $250/each. Two years later, my face has permanent hypo-pigmentation scars all over it. Nobody has taken responsibility for damaging my face.

We have had a terrible experience from the very beginning with the office staff of this office. We went to dr Huang because she is well known for the work she does but the office staff makes it hard to want to see her. He assistant that does the consults is also very informing and helpful. I had paid the $2000 for the deposit to have surgery and never got a receipt. Called and asked about it and asked to talk to Kristi and she refuses to answer her phone. She has it set up to go straight to VM. Called back to ask the receptionist the same question and got an immediate answer from Kristi so knew she wasn't on the phone or with a customer. When you're in the office with Kristi and start to ask her questions she should be well informed to know the answer to as she is the one who deals with the billing she gets super flustered and gets mad you're asking questions. There is terrible communication between the office girls. We needed to have a physical done so we paid before we went back and after was in Kristis office to pay the rest of the surgery and instead of asking if we already paid the $100 for a 'physical' which is them taking your vitals and saying ok you're good. She charged us and when we asked why we were charged an extra $100 because we already paid for it then made a big deal like it was our fault they didn't ask us or communicate with each other about it. You try to talk to the front desk girl and she talks over you the whole time. The whole experience has been a headache and very unprofessional.

I highly recommend Dr. Linda Huang. She was so kind, caring and understanding during my implant exchange and lift. Her staff provided professional and exceptional care prior to my procedure and afterwards. Dr. Huang is excellent and listens to your needs and concerns. Highly recommend!

I emailed their office for information about procedures, prices & a consultation. I did receive a response the first time, but I still had a few more questions and concerns. I emailed again and waited almost a week. When I didn't hear back I called a few times and was unable to get someone on the phone. Then when I finally did speak to a young lady she wasn't able to answer one of my questions, so she took down my information and told me that she would call me back the very next day. That was days ago. No call back. No returned email. Nothing. I'm not sure how people are supposed to see the doctor and get a procedure done or even book a consultation when no one responds to emails or phone calls. I ended up going with a different plastic surgeon since they were unable to communicate with me and answer questions for a possible future patient. Very unprofessional at the front desk for sure !!

Dr. Linda Huang is unprofessional of the mistakes her staff had made. I did 3 procedures at her office. Micro needling, Hyaluronic acid under my eyes and Botox between the eyebrows (frown lines). Micro needling was very aggressive, I was bleeding afterwards and lasted around 3 to 4 days all red, shouldn’t been like that based on my research at other facilities within the country. The hyaluronic acid was misplaced under the eyes, I had some areas with excess product and Sylvia (the provider who did it) just said she was going to remove that excess after the 2 weeks check up, she did it but my under eyes were exactly the same as I came in the first time, so she took the whole acid from under the eye like nothing was performed. The Botox didn't last a month, and they assure me it was going to last for at least 3 months. Besides Sylvia reached a nerve on my eyelid which made my eye twitch for an entire month. I told Dr. Huang my symptoms and she said it was possible was an effect from the Botox. I know it was, but she didn’t care and since papers were signed she was protected but not me, the patient. Dr. Huang charged me for all those 3 procedures without having any of the results she promised I would see. After a second consultation with her, she explained I needed to do more micro needling to see results (of course by charging more and more) she had the nerve to say it was like going to the gym, you need more sessions to see the difference haha what an excuse to not fixing what her staff did wrong. She just made excuses and justified herself for all the procedures, and obviously she mentioned the paperwork I signed explicitly said everything that could go wrong and they won't be responsible at all. A doctor who doesn’t care about the patients is exactly the response expected. Poor service and lack of professionalism of Dr. Huang and her staff. She kept my money of course, her office didn’t want to refund for anything. I hope this review can be helpful for many to avoid treatment at this place.

Dr. Huang and her staff are fantastic. I had breast explantation surgery two weeks ago. Everyone, especially Dr. Huang, made this experience the very best it could be. Had first consultation with Dr Huang and everything seemed great. I went to schedule the surgery and paperwork states that if you have to cancel for any reason (any medical or issues out of your control) then you will lose you $1000 deposit. AND even if you have to reschedule, there is a $300 rescheduling fee. WOW This is horrible! I am military and was sent orders to deploy. I let the office know and even trying to reschedule for a year out, they would charge me $300 or I would lose my $1000. Who does that? I am 31 years old and I just had breast reduction with Dr. Huang in October 2021. I am beyond thrilled with the results! My only regret is not having done the reduction sooner. Best decision of my life! I ride horses competitively and I can't tell what a different it has made to have all of that weight taken off my neck. I no longer have numbness in my hands and severe pain in my neck. Beyond how thrilled I am with the results I am very happy I chose Dr. Huang. Dr Huang and her team were amazing. My daughter needed breast reduction surgery and after interviewing a number of surgeons and their patients we selected Dr Huang. She did an incredible job with the actual surgery and then her team gave my daughter incredible support. It's a significant surgery and my daughter had some healing challenges (normal for some) and the team and Dr Huang were always there to help and guide. My daughter is now healed and overjoyed with the results. Dr Huang's team offered a large packet of information on what to expect before and after the surgery. After my first consultation at her office I felt so certain I had come to the right place. The entire team are very professional, easy to work with and will also put a smile on your face! I’ve felt well informed, heard and taken care of throughout my whole experience that has been nothing but wonderful! I just called to make an appointment with Linda Huang. The guy on the phone was nasty and impatient.

We had 3 consults scheduled in denver in March of 2020, 2 of which were canceled on us because of Covid. We had our consult with Dr. Huang. I was sure the right procedure was a lift and small implant. Dr. Huang spent time convincing us that a lift was totally unnecessary even though I was always quite large and breastfeeding 3 kids left me with a lot of empty skin. She told us stories of how she changed out implants that other doctors put in that were too large for the persons body. She made us feel confident that filling the skin with an implant was the right move and doing the lift was unnecessary. Fast forward to preop I had thought she was going to put in 450-475ccs. When I left preop I was freaking out because surgery was the next morning and she wanted to put in a 605cc implant which seemed huge to me. She called and ended up talking me into doing the implant that large, ensuring me that it would fill the loose skin. After surgery I further freaked out because one of the implants was placed very far over and down compared to the other and not at all centered on my chest and I was never aware it was going to be placed there. When we questioned Dr. Huang she said she had to because the sagging of my skin had pulled the nipple that way and she wanted the nipple centered on the implant. She said it would look better as things settled and I wouldn't have issues. Again we trusted her. Over the next few months I began to have issues as the implants settled, her nurses and Dr. Huang herself spent time convincing me they just needed more time to settle more and that nothing was wrong. My issues were/are I still have inches of sagging skin hanging off my implants even though dr. Huang claimed I wouldn't, the pockets are so large that 1 implant flips completely over with any slight movement and needs to be flipped back, they both shift so much there is pain unless I keep them in a surgical sports bra 24/7 and even then I cannot do normal activities I used to without daily pain. One implant hangs completely off my chest wall into my armpit just standing normally. I asked about fixing it dr. Huang refused to fix it until after the one year mark. And when I finally had more and more issues and started to actually complain instead of being polite she stopped answering my texts and calls even though she had previously gone out of her way to stay in contact with me. I was never able to reach her directly again only people in her office. I set up another appointment where I tried to explain to her some of the issues. She offered to stitch a pocket closed on 1 implant at a discounted price in her office with just numbing, she but never addressed the other issues, or took any responsibility for the pockets being too large or the implant too far over, rather claimed it was because "my muscle was too strong". I ended up getting 3 other consults to see what other surgeons thought and how they would fix the issues. After getting those opinions I am convinced that Dr. Huang was uncomfortable with her ability to perform the correct lift and rather than recommend a dr who could and lose a paying client she took a shortcut with my body and spent time convincing us at every turn that it was right and we believed her because she is a "professional". This shortcut she took has left me with a ton of issues. A procedure to fix the damage dr. Huang did will cost me double what it took to get the implants in the first time. It's absolutely horrible that there isn't a quality guarantee on a surgeons work and that they can leave you with such huge issues that negatively impact your entire life and all you can do is leave a bad review that may or may not be seen by other people. I received implants from a man Doctor in town who fashioned me into a Stripper, 4 sizes larger than I requested. Having a PHD in science, this wasn't helping my case. I came to Dr. Huang and she explanted the basketballs and resized me as requested to my pre-pregnancy size. That was more than TEN years ago and I could not be happier. I get compliments on the girls all the time; from lady friends, Medical folks, and of course the boyfriend. TEN YEARS and counting, and she is super nice and funny. The follow up was excellent. I was referred to Dr. Huang by one of her colleges who called her "the best plastic surgeon in town with most experience in breast augmentation in Denver" and he could not have been more accurate to describe Dr. Huang. From the moment I met her, she listened to my concerns, my hopes and expectations from the procedure. As a working mom that had breast fed my 2 kids for almost 2 years, I needed a lot of help with my breasts. I shared pictures with Dr. Huang and even shared with her the size of bra I would like to wear after... Fast forward post-op day 10, I was wearing the exact bra I had hoped for and looked better than ever before! Ps. Dr. Huang is an incredible surgeon. I went to Dr. Huang for breast explant surgery. She is incredibly kind & compassionate. My surgery was 4 days ago, and the results already look wonderful. Results from my 2 day follow up is what I was expecting 2-3 months after surgery! Very little swelling & zero bruising. Recovery has been a breeze. All of her office staff and PA's she works with are wonderful. As both a patient & a fellow physician, I can't recommend Dr. Huang enough!

Dr. Huang is a wizard with a scalpel. A year after major surgery I barely even have scars. She is a perfectionist, and it shows in her work. She and her staff all have great bedside manners, and I felt comfortable from start to finish. I can't recommend her highly enough.
