I’m saw Angela Crothers, MS, WHNP-BC today for Hormone issues and she was amazing!! Finally a medical provider that LISTENS and doesn’t tell me my issues are just part of getting older!! She went over my blood work and actually explained to me what was going on and what my blood work was saying about my health! She spent over an hour with me and we came up with a great plan to get me feeling like myself again!!! I’m so excited to have found someone who listened!! Debbie & Cara were awesome as well!! 10 outta 10 recommend Willow Health!!

I hate going to doctor’s offices. Sterile, cold, lacking of any heart. Willow Health is not that at all, (For example, instead of getting a scratchy hospital gown to wear they give you a super soft microfiber robe!) yet it holds one of the most intelligent and capable gynecologists I’ve ever met. Dr. Angela was kind, professional, and made me feel respected and heard. I am so glad I found such a place for my yearly gyno exams.

Provider with the skills and heart, Angela Caruthers, and “BioTe” bio-identical hormones for the WIN! And I mean “championship” WIN!!! Shout out to the amazing Debbie Wald running the front and navigating behind the scenes makes Willow a force to be reckoned with! My loyalties lie here!

New to area, and set up new patient appointment. I was told my insurance would cover this- twice. Once via phone when making the appointment, once to the receptionist AT the appointment. I was very nervous- Frison's bedside manner is that of an ice-cold dishrag. She ignored/became impatient with my concerns (naivete at standard perimenopausal isssues) and seemed annoyed that I wasn't on my back in stirrups the moment she walked in. I spent 25 minutes in that appointment- NO PELVIC EXAM, and later received a bill for $300 (noting a hefty charge for an exam I did not receive). Take away? A few hundred dollars for a "Pull yourself up by your bootstraps" speech and a "lose weight, Fatty" lecture. AVOID. (also, the look of the establishment should be clinical, not that of a brothel decorated by a chardonnay-soaked soccer mom)

Without my consent, after explicitly denying lab tests to be run, Dr Frison directed a lab to run ~$350 of lab tests (after in-network discounts applied). When she informed me of my vaginal discharge, I did not express concern or a complaint about this. Contrary to my explicit non-authorizations, this sample, taken from my body, was sent for extensive lab testing. Furthermore, her claimed I authorized these lab tests by answering a phone call post-visit informing me of a Rx ordered based on labs
