When I moved to San Antonio, I found out that the cancer they thought they had taken out years ago was quite invasive in my stomach. My send in-laws suggested I see Dr Couch. I've been under her care for the past 5 years and she has been wonderful. I love her to pieces! Thank you Dr Couch for looking after me.

Dr. Couch was very knowledgeable ICW my medical problem. She thoroughly explained to me that my level for a designated vitamin was too low. She prescribe not only what the medication should be but at the correct amount. Following her recommendations future blood tests showed that everything was now in the range it needed to be. Dr. Couch has been my doctor for 4+ years. She is so warm and caring. She takes time to discuss my lab work. She asks about other medical problems that I am experiencing with other doctors and provides feedback and explanations of my current readings. She often describes the functioning of various organs in the body that deal with my diagnosis and explains medicine interactions. It is always a pleasure to interact with her during my appointments.

DR Couch is a friendly, caring dr. my daughter is blessed to have her and I feel that she is taking excellent care of my daughter.

My appointment was fast and efficient. Upon arriving, labs were drawn. Afterwards I was seen by Dr. Linda Couch. She was thorough in explaining my lab results and listened to any concerns I had.

Dr Couch was the perfect doctor for my father while dealing with leukemia. She was honest, positive and caring. We got to experience an additional year with him thanks to her care and commitment.

I sure would recommend Dr COUCH. I like very much how she is handling my case. I think anyone who has her is very fortunate and doesn't do any unnessory treatments.

Why would anyone continue to be subjected to such a place? In the midst of COVID and the prospect of illness Texas Oncology only exacerbates the personal stress I have felt. Dr. Couch was so bored and tired during my 1st appointment that she actually was struggling to keep her eyes open. The facility staff is completely un-attentive. Phone calls are RARELY answered and when they are they are sent to voice mail. In my experience, these calls have been returned only 50% of the time. The patient portal is not kept up to date with study and lab results. After seeing the doctor you can either die, be self-cured, or be exposed to COVID before you are checked out. I have seen an adult son's wheel their wheel-bound father to the check out and tell them they have been waiting significantly longer to check out compared to the time it took to check AND see the doctor. I experienced the same and when I went to find someone that would tell me how much longer I would be held captive, there were a bank of check-out staff attending to paperwork - BUT LEAVING THE PATIENT TO LANGUISH IN WAIT. After sitting in the waiting room I actually called Texas Oncology and after an interminable time the phone was answered and I was transferred to another department only to have the phone NEVER ANSWERED and going to voice mail. The medical industry MUST realize that we don't work for them. They work for us. WE PAY THEIR SALARIES -albeit generally through insurance, but we hire them. I don't expect immediate care, but I expect to be treated with common dignity and to be kept informed of the status of my presence at the facility. I been going to see Dr,Couch now say about a yr now or she is a wonderful and very excellent in her medical professions.not only is she great but her medical staff are fantastic. they know how you feel and with their smile ???? they make everything for me and alot of patients day look brighter, thumbs up to all her staff..

Dr Couch is very caring and informative when explaining any issues you may have. I highly recommend her and hope she never leaves.

I LOVE Dr. Couch! She is always prompt,courteous and answers any and all of my questions. I never leave her office feeling like I am unsure of anything. DR. Couch and her MA Claire are amazing! They are a wonderful team and I couldn't ask for better or more!

So....have to visit her for my blood thinner medication. As I’ve had two Pulmonary Embolisms in the past year. I informed her that I had an appointment with my cardiologist and that I have an issue with the left valve, and that I would be performing a stress test and sleep study. I voiced that I felt that perhaps some of the issues with my joints had to do with the medication she had me on. She told me that I need to buy more plants for my house, and that it’s my allergies. Dr couch brightens up the room with her smile, she's very professional and cares about her patients. I am so glad to have found a great Dr like her.i would love to give her 100 stars but 5 is the limit..thumbs uptown Dr. Couch..

Went with my boyfriend to his appointment and even though it took awhile to see the Dr, My overall experience being there with him seeing her was great. She explained everything and took her time.

Highly recommended. Has a wonderful soft bed side manner. Gives options and recommeds changes in meds when needed. Blessed to have her for my cancer needs.
