My dr in this office called me after 6 pm. She offered apologies for calling so late but it wasn’t a problem for me it was the fact she took the time for me and stayed on the phone for as long as I had questions. She didn’t rush me validating all my concerns and feelings. It made me know I made the right decision on switching my pcp.

I went for an abscess and was told it was a rash. I knew it wasn’t so today I got a second opinion. When they went to Lance the abscess open, they had to numb it. I love Dr. Clemons! What a fantastic lady. My worry was not being thoroughly treated because I'm on Medicaid. It happens more times than not so it was refreshing to find someone who actually cares about my needs. Usually Medicaid recipients are treated like drug chasers or rushed through like a herd of cattle! I found her to have a sincere bedside manner and she really went from A. To Z. In my treatment. She explained all medications, side effects, and thoroughly helped me understand my disease. She took alot of time in my initial visit and I'm just so appreciative. Absolutely terrible. Went for years and my last visit Dr. Clemmons herself prescribed me a brown paper bag for anxiety. I paid $60 to be told I need to chill out. No referral or anything. They're trash and rude. Don't waste your time. Also, took them 2 weeks to get some test results back and read.

I love this Nurse Practioner & the nurses are all so informative . You are treated human and she actually takes time to review medicine as well as explain side effects. Amazing!!

I never have to wait long in the waiting area and I've bern several times, Great Doctors and Care team. I fell welcomed

They are very compassionate and really listen to your concerns and always try help in the best way possible.

Do not go! Worst bed side manner ever!

They are rude to my wife she called about meds they were not called in the office employees were hateful would not even call on med said she had all she needed the pharmacy said there were no refills wife called back they did nothing do use this office sorry people

This practice is absolutely not ethical concerning a patient's time and money. They make you come in for all information, make you pay a copay unnecessarily, and take a half day off of work everytime because you have to be there for 4 hours because they have triple booked. The ONLY problem I have with this doctor's office is the wait time. Be prepared to wait usually more than an hour to be seen. Everything else is great! I love the phlebotomist. She is the BEST at her job! Never ever feel the needle going in or being taken out.

The straw that broke the camels back- I was a routine patient with no illness/no complaints-I was charged for an office visit level 4 (highest) and was given no reason for the charge. The doctor stated "the system calculates the level". Untrue..the system calculates the level based on the information applied by the doctor. Also, to be charged for an office visit you must have an examine and review of history...wasn't done that day. I turned it over to my insurance and haven't heard anything of it since.

they are awful, misdiagnosed me with terrible disease. caused me much pain and suffering. I dont have copd but now I have panic attacks because of that idiot stacy davis. try a breath test you idiot. overcharged me and robbed my insurance co. dont ever go here.

I went here for 3 years and they are horrible. I'd go in just to get refills on my prescriptions then go to pharmacy and they wouldn't have even sent them (like even days later). I'd get referrals to specialists in office visits that were never sent. So when I came back and said hey, they didn't do this...they'd say I needed another visit (and another co-pay). Absolute bs. Couldn't get ANYTHING done without 2-3 tries or multiple calls to the office to get them to do it. Unbelievable that anyone goes here. Not my family. Not anymore.

The lady that answers the phone (Courtney) needs to STOP calling people “sweetie” on the phone, it is both condescending and rude, just like she is.

This practice used to be a great place to send your family for medical advice/ treatment, but in the last few years, the staff and over all atmosphere have begun to reflect an apathetic demeanor. When you think of a local family medical practice, you think of customer service and a more intimate experience, but you will no longer find it here. After many years of being a loyal patient, many mistakes were made, that at first, could be easily resolved and forgiven, but quickly turned sour as the unknowledgable staff have created a feeling of what can only be described as bureaucratic red tape. The bottom line is that they have lost sight of what a family practice should be. Pathetically rude lil girls work the front desk .that dont know anything .. They act like thwy have no education at all.the building is nasty i would like to see them shut down. I never saw the Dr. And only nurses that could not help me at all when i asked to see the Dr. They told me while laughing. It would be nezt year amd its just may.... The state should look in to them

The front desk staff is very rude. I hate to call them even to set up an appointment. I waited for over an hour to be called back even thogh there was only one other pt there. The nurse practitioner spent less than two minutes in the room with me. She didn’t seem to listen to anything I said. I’ve actauuly never even seen Dr. Clemons in the office. I always see a nurse practitioner and it is always a different one. I will be fininding a new primary care physician.

Short version: highly unprofessional and disorganized. The good of the patient and patient satisfaction is not a priority. Long version: I was unable to be treated for continuation of care as I am new to the area and my diagnosis is not something they treat. My reason for scheduling the appointment could not have been more clear. Mistakes happen; therefore, I can understand to some degree how they wasted my time and money. That is not the problem. Billing a low complexity evalution when I was not treated /touched / or spoken to by the NP or MD is questionable, but again, if it's legally required to bill and me pay out of pocket for having my blood pressure and vitals taken by a nurse or nursing assistant - let's talk about why and how to solve my dissatisfaction. The lack of attention to detail from several employees and level of disrespect upon trying to resolve the situation nicely is where I give the facility one star. Showing accountability for your mistakes goes a long way. In attempt to apologize, Dr. Clemens hung up on me mid-conversation. Non-productive conversation or not, that is unacceptable in the role as a physician. It's a shame that money turns people into monsters. I am not quick to write reviews, but as a healthcare provider myself, I think it's important people understand the priority of a physician and/or clinic. UPDATE: Still haven't found a better one but I'm dropping to three Stars because they have no sense of respect for people's time anymore. New front staff every time I come and no one has a clue what they're doing. LOVE my new LPN tho. Connie is an absolute Joy. If not for her, I'd be looking for a new office because I'm tired of going in for an appointment at two then waiting till nearly four to be seen. That's insane. Great care..however you may have to wait a while due to their double booking. Referrals seem to take a few as well. While waiting you can enjoy the beautiful turn of the century building.

This office is a nightmare. I have been a patient here for 2 years and am seen every 3 months. Every time I go in, I recognize not one person. Why? The doctor's husband, who is the practice manager, fires the staff for absolutely no reason. He was arrested IN THE OFFICE IN FRONT OF THE PATIENTS and is now barred from the office. He still runs it behind the scenes, however. Care? Please!! These people don't know their butts from a hole in the ground. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!

The best staff that you will ever meet and Dr Clemons is is great she will listen to you as it takes.

Since I've been disabled I have used their facilities for my health care First I never seen Linda Clemons for 6 years that I was going there second they're very unprofessional she's always firing her staff and hiring new people and not training them in the proper way and the new people don't take the time to know the patient what they have going on with their medical condition

You hardly ever see the actual doc-plus the nurse there doesnt listen- cuts you off and isnt helpful either...neither of them are- I love the 2 at the front desk- but that is it. I am changing doctors
