Dr. Gillespie (short, thin, brown woman) walked into the room, barely introduced herself, waved a piece of paper at me, dismissed my medical needs, and prescribed a generic treatment. The entire visit with her maybe lasted one minute. I was the only patient in the clinic yet she treated me like she had no time to discuss my condition. She showed no care or concern for my needs nor provided any meaningful treatment. I feel that she is in the wrong kind of medicine. Perhaps she should open her own private practice so she can be more selective with the types of illnesses she would like to treat. She should not subject people needing the services of an Urgent Care facility to her lack of care and un-professionalism. Seriously, if she cannot find the joy in treating each individual uniquely and show a genuine interest in their health, perhaps she should change professions.
