Dr. Min was professional, patient, kind, skilled, highly knowledgeable, understanding and efficient. I found her to be sensitive to my frustrations concerning my condition. Dr. Min was 100% focused on me during my visit but was clearly trying to work as efficiently as possible - likely out of consideration for patients who were scheduled after me and likely because I was giving her information that was irrelevant to the reason I was seeing her as a rheumatologist. Scheduling my appointment was much, much easier than expected. I keep up with healthcare news, so am acutely aware we’ve lost hundreds of physicians to the pandemic (death, retirement, burn out) at a time when we humans are more sickly than we’ve been in a long, long time. I was told by the referring physician that it could take up to six months to get an appointment with any rheumatologist. I got lucky - called Premiere first and had a “first available” appointment within 30 days. Then, I went online to see reviews for Dr. Min and saw some negative comments. I almost rescheduled with someone else at another practice. I’m SO very glad I gave her a chance. She’s clearly brilliant, very dedicated and effectively calmed me down despite having to deliver less than great news given my first round of test results. With patients lacking patience these days and with all of the pandemic misinformation that has led to such high criticism and - in some cases, mistrust and mistreatment - of healthcare professionals as a whole, I’m grateful Dr. Min and other doctors in the field of rheumatology are still in their offices and hospitals fighting the good fight to care for us. I’m frankly amazed at how they can be kind at all when people go online and write scathing public reviews that their family and friends will read. Autoimmune conditions are growing and rheumatologist are a precious resource. We can always mine for gold, but these doctors take almost a full decade of school, tuition payments, testing, internships, residencies and board certifications to make it into our lives. Personally, this patient thinks it’s high time we’re all a little more patient with our doctors. They are, after all, still only human. Thank you, Dr. Min and my entire care team of doctors - including the administrative workers, nurses, receptionists, custodial staff, maintenance staff and anyone else who keeps our healthcare offices and hospitals afloat. This patient sees you and it grateful for your continued efforts in patient care.

I have spent almost 40 years in Healthcare as both a bedside trauma ER and adult critical care nurse and now in pharmaceutical research. I also have been spending too much time as a patient, especially recently. Sadly, my experiences, even with my knowledge, hasn't always been stellar. Enter Dr. Min, her care, compassion, professionalism, dedication is par excellence. She had spent hours reviewing my medical records in anticipation of my visit. Her questions and explanations showed her preparation. Even though my condition does not come under her specialization, she had a referral ready for me and has continued to follow-up to ensure the adequacy of my care. She has gone way above and beyond and reminds me of the "old time practice" of medicine known as the art of medicine. The remembering that there is a person not just machinery and tests. No thought of "not my speciality so not my concern". I feel like Dr. Min is on my side! I am so grateful! I can't say enough!

Dr. Min was a real disappointment! I was given an appt with her after being a patient of Dr. Rusia who left the practice. After driving an hour to my appointment, she walked in the room, no examination or anything but just walked in with my file to tell me she was closing my file and I did not have psoriatic arthritis or any other autoimmune issues(which I previously had been diagnosed with) I would not recommend her to anyone! How can someone who never met you make a determination never even meeting you before? Now I'm back to square one looking for another rheumatologist because clearly both my family doctor AND orthopedic doctors want a 2nd opinion for my issuesm

Dr Min has been my Rheumatologist since 2009, when she had an office in Philadelphia on Bustleton Ave. I followed her to Bryn Mawr. She is an excellent Dr. She has always examined me and we have great talks.

I can see that she has the potential to be a good doctor, but that was not my experience. She walked in the room and started right away talking through notes from my previous doctor. At no time did she ask me about me. When I would try to provide updates she wouldn't listen. It got to the point where I actually had to tell her that I understood what she was saying, but she wasn't listening to me. If you have a cut and dry situation she'll be a good doc for you. If you are complex in anyway, or need trouble shooting, look elsewhere.

Not only did she misdiagnose a clear-cut case of my RA, she was also condescending and dismissive of my complaints. I was referred to Dr. Min with hand and neck pain, symptoms that have been getting worse for almost a year. The swelling and pain has been most prominent in my finger joints. At our first appointment she arrived 30 minutes late, and then spent about 10 minutes with me. She didn't acknowledge my pain, or even look at my hands. She told me that my pain wasn't a "big deal", and that I should just "cut back on work". She quickly got up and left after shoving a script for acetaminophen in my hand, she didn't even have my blood drawn. It is alarming to me that there are physicians out there like her, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I waited a month for this visit and it ended up being a waste of time. Dr. Min completely dismissed me - anything I had to say and all symptoms I reported. There was no physical exam except for her examining my hands. (Not sure why my hands. ??) She was condescending and rude. No patient empathy. Then to add insult to injury, she charged my insurance $365 for the visit. Save yourself the trouble and find another rheumatologist. I found a great one at Riddle who diagnosed my symptoms and has me on a treatment plan now. I waited a month for this visit and it ended up being a waste of time. I value Dr. Min So much! She is very compassionate and understanding. She exams my hands and feet and knees every appointment. She does thorough bloodwork but doesn’t treat just on bloodwork which is fortunate since I am seronegative and often inflamed even with decent markers. She supports the vectra tests. She works very hard to make sure you end up on a medicine that works for you - it took a long time for us to find one for me - she even went to bat for me with insurance. She also supports holistic treatments . The office staff is always friendly, I get a human on the phone right away and everything I ask for is answered in a timely manner. I have been able to email Dr. Min for help as well, and she is offering telemed appointments during the pandemic. I would never go anywhere else! I value Dr. Min So much! Dr Lilaine Min is an excellent physician! I started seeing her in March 2013 when I was first diagnosed with RA/RD. Each appt, every 3mo or sooner if needed, she does labs to check inflammation markers. Her exams are through and knowledge is top notch! I recommend her to everyone I meet! A++!

Dr. Min was referred to me by my primary physician and I have been pleased with both of my appointments thus far. She was very patient and took her time to discuss any concerns that I had and potential treatment.

I am a regular patient of Dr. Min's. I've been going to her since I was diagnosed with mixed connective tissue disease in 2013. She is very kind and listens to my issues and does whatever she can to help me and make sure everything is okay. She responds quickly to messages and it is obvious that she truly cares about her patients. I now live 45 minutes away from her office and still make the trip multiple times a year because I know I won't find a better doctor.

Bryn Mawr office. She is well worth the drive. Patient, easy to talk to and does not rush you out of the office. So happy I switched. JD
