Denied continuous care for my chronic condition. Left me with no alternate doctor for follow up care. Very cold and cocky doctor.

After years of treating my chronic health condition this doctor did not want to continue treating me. Offered no alternative for follow up care by any other doctor. Very cold and cocky at the last visit. Upset and yelling at me regarding paperwork for health determination. Did not want to do paperwork I guess so she literally stopped caring about me. Not a good all around doctor in my opinion. All through the years I have always paid my bill balances on time, but this time her office called me shortly after the visit to demand payment in full asap! Her bad attitude and the demand for cash payment was shocking. I will never refer any kind souls to her care, I've seen a side of her no one should see.

Dr. Kheng is AMAZING! Very polite and cares deeply for her patients. Always a great experience. The staff at Kuhio Medical downgrades the experience! Callbacks are rare/not consistent and prescriptions are often wrong or there is only one person knowledgeable on what should be in your record! Communication is poor at best - appts not at this building or procedures requiring fasting should be COMMUNICATED with the patient BEFOREHAND!!! I'm still trying to fix a prob from 2 mos ago! RIDICULOUS!!!

Best bedside manners. My Insurance changed so I was forced to change my doctor. I was so disappointed. Love Dr Kheng!!!!!!!

We are truly fortunate to have Dr. Kheng in Kauai. She does not commute from Oahu, she has an easy bedside manner which makes it easy to talk to and question when I don't understand something. She takes the time to be thorough in exams and follow-ups. I trust Dr. Kheng's preventive advice as she treats not only illness but endeavors to keep ourselves healthy. Good, Solid, Smart.

Dr. Kheng is an outstanding doctor. I am a difficult case and she has been extremely competent, resourceful and compassionate. Due to insurance changes I have had to give her up, very reluctantly.
