I wish I could give Dr. Coppa and her staff 10 stars, they're that wonderful. Dr. Coppa is incredibly kind, compassionate, and caring; my kids love her. She never makes us feel rushed when we have questions (which is important to me) and spends enough time with us to go over all of our concerns about the kids. After having my second child, she would even check in with me (at the baby's appointments) to make sure I was doing ok transitioning to having two little ones at home--something that I didn't expect but really appreciated. I also appreciate that she and her staff do their best to squeeze us in when one of the kids is sick. I know my girls will always get the best care possible when they are there. Everything started off great with this Dr and her office. They seemed happy to see us and we had a great relationship with some of the staff members. Supposedly, we were notified to pay our balance a month before our last visit. We were also notified when we went for our last appt. (6 months), so we made a payment to stay in good standings. Before I knew it, we received a letter in the mail for collections due to non-payment! This is a heart breaker because we were comfortable there and could've paid if we had remembered our balance. With newborns, the spacing between appointments is apprx. 3 months, so it is very easy to lose track. Anyways, looking into the situation, I was only able to locate one received bill since our last visit. Aside from that, no phone call? If we had received a phone call, we could've made a payment then and there on the phone. This office no longer cares to see my son, since we were already sent to collections. I made the payment to the collection agency the same day I was notified! This office either didn't care enough to keep us as a patient, or they are just lacking in the billing department. Either way, I had to pay more than what my balance should've been and this office only receives a portion of what that balance is, since they used an agency to collect. The effort spent contacting the agency, should've been to the patient first. It should be understood that sometimes there are errors with physical mail. After contacting the office, the billing department was stand off-ish in a way and didn't budge. She tried to reason with me by saying that she understands sometimes bills get in the way, but this wasn't the case. The issue was not being aware of the balance within a reasonable time. Dr. Coppa and her staff are the biggest blessing for my kids . When they get sick they always do their best to squeeze us in. Dr. Coppa is very understanding and is always taking her time by taking our call when needed, she is kind, and very nice to our children. Dr. Copp, Elisa, Gina, Dr. Ryan and staff I have no word to express my gratitude for all you’ve done for us in the past 7 years! Thank you! 8/11/2017: I met with Dr. Coppa today, she saw my son. She was fabulous and so was her staff. She explained to me the appointment practices and assured me the practice left open appointments. She gave me feedback that will assist the next time an emergency comes up. I am eternally grateful. I understand now that my experiences were not ones she wanted others to have. THIS should tell you what type of practice she runs. THIS demonstrates what type of Dr she is, which is why I will recommend her and her practice with 5 stars. Again, I am grateful that she was able to see my son today and that I was able to see what a great place she runs. I look forward to her being my children's primary care dr for as long as they need to see a pediatrician. Thank you Dr. Coppa, thank you so very much! (I seriously cannot say that enough). Great caring Dr and staff, we are happy to have Dr Coppa as my kids doctor.

As a mom, I want the best for my children. Dr. Coppa has an extraordinary medical background. She takes time to listen and provides excellent care, concern and advice. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Coppa takes the time to listen patiently. I appreciate her pragmatic advice and extraordinary professionalism. I have referred friends, colleagues and clients to Dr. Coppa including some with unfortunate medical issues. ALL of the referrals love Dr. Coppa very much. She truly is an extraordinarily gifted doctor.

Let me start by saying Dr. Coppa saff is amazing, kind and sweet with children and their parents. Dr. Coppa is the opposite of her staff. She talks down to children and their parents. She called my son chubby in front of him, which he will never be able to un-hear. She shamed him for having accidents at night. When she saw that his hearing is normal she said, so that is no excuse for not listening. I was dumfounded. My son was being so patient given her long wait and hurtful words.

My husband and I love Dr. Coppa and her entire staff. Dr. Coppa is very knowledgable and will go the extra mile to explain and help parents understand issues about their children's health. She will spend the time to get to know and diagnose her patients. She is compassionate, kind yet professional. Her staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My son has been a patient ever since he was born. We will definitely take our next child to Dr. Coppa. Love her to pieces.

Dr. Coppa & staff are great! They make you feel comfortable, easy to talk to. Quick on getting back to you & scheduling appointments. Great experiences for the past 6 years now;)
