Now their trying to bill me the difference in what my insurance paid and what they wanted for the visits. Their office was little and dirty there were no patient rooms that I saw. The person that they have in charge of the office's name Michelle which is Dr Trang's daughter but she does not have a clue how to run an office. Or to deal with people terrible, rude,and disrespectful. I have been charged for three visits and I haven't even been in your office but once. It's sad that the elderly have to put up with this kind of thing. I recommend anybody who wants this man to be the doctor go check out his office first the one on classen. I have only been to this office for one visit so far. This young lady named Victoria is very rude don't tell you what you need to know makes appointments and tells you to come in on a certain day and then when you do she'll tell you that was not the right day. Didn't tell me that they didn't take my insurance and this is my third month into their office. But Trang is really nice. Then Victoria tried to lie and say I was being rude to her on the phone. Victoria hardly answers the phone, she is extremely rude when she does she made me cry and hung up on me. Dr. Trang is great but he needs to hire a actual respetionist, the way she talked to me after calling 4 times and I have always paid them but she sent me to collections anyways while keeping my money.

Called this dr Office was referred by my dr he had spoken with dr Trang his daughter Victoria is very RUDE. she need to be working at a veterinarian with animals they way she talk and treat people, if I was on my dieing bed I would never be a patient at this place. Dr. Trang is amazing and comforting. However, whoever answers the phones at his office are very unprofessional! They don’t try to help anyone. I offered to pay cash for a procedure because of no insurance and was suppose to hear back from the office about prices. I was left hanging and ignored. His office staff doesn’t care about their clients. I’ve switched Doctors because of his staff. Dr. Trang is amazing and comforting. I have been seeing Dr.Trang for quiet awhile and I LOVE him!!? He actually takes the time and listens to his parents,he knows me by face,and is very knowledgeable

No stars he cut me from norco to tramadol then from 90 tramadol to 1 a day no warning. Put me on lyrics had severe reaction due to copd/asthma er Dr said.....now I have no life worth living. Have never abused my meds....I quit injections! He noake no big money on me so I'm a waste of his time! Be warned no injections.......you get cut off cold turkey! I like Dr. Trang, but his office staff is very poor and because of that I will not use his office. His family works in the office and I was told to get her (the daughter) a direct number to the insurance company, because she was not going to call the 800 number. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Dr. Trang’s daughter and wife treat patients like trash. They use attitudes and tones with their patients. They try to dictate what Dr. Trang does without knowing what he has discussed with HIS patient. Will not be going back. It’s sad that Dr. Trang’s staff run off his patients due to their lack of patient care. He is very nice but probably shouldn’t have his family running his front office. The wife claimed appointments were canceled when they were not. She claimed phone numbers were changed when they were not. She acted as though it was an enourmous inconvenience to take a copy of the new insurance and update it. Very very unprofessional. I hope Dr. Trang reads this and handles it appropriately. I have been a patient of Dr. Trang‘s for over six years. He is my pain management doctor and he is the anesthesiologist I request for my surgeries. He and his staff care about my safety and about my family. Dr. Trang not only works on the initial reasons I was sent to him but also works on the whole body. I am impressed with his concern of my overall health and his knowledge of how the medications works and interact with all meds issued by my Drs. He is very happy to answer my questions about my health. He always is working together with me to get off of the meds that can kill me or that could cause early onset dementia in my later years. I am impressed with his knowledge and his concern over the mind body and soul. I highly recommend Dr. Trang as not only as an excellent Dr. but I also include his staff. They are very accommodating meeting my scheduling needs due to my husbands schedule. We are greeted with hugs and genuine compassion. They work hard to get you in at your appointment time. Dr Trang travels to several smaller towns in SW/OK to assist patients in the rural counties providing excellent medical care where people need it most. I agree with a prior comment that dr T is kind and wants to help being eager to help the patient and listens however another mentioned the office staff I think the wife has poor English skills but does scheduling and lacks follow through. The girl with good English I’ve been told is a daughter and she isn’t patient or thoughtful at all. Seems put off Had to talk to her several times because she communicates better just not very nice like Dr T is

I've seen many Dr's for my medical problems that cause severe pain. Some would blow me off and the others would prescribe pain medication and send me on my way. Dr Trang listened and made a plan to help me based on my illnesses. He is amazing and I'm thankful to have found him.

Tried for two weeks to get a prescription refilled and never got anywhere. Office staff acted like they didn't care. Finally gave up and told them I would just do without and if I needed help again I would just find another doctor. they just said ok and hung up. Doctor Trang seemed to be okay but staff leaves a lot to be desired.

Dr.Trang is compassionate and takes time in his office visit. He is very professional and through. I would recommend Dr. Trang to friends and family.
