Good doctor, however, the first time I came with my mom (with an appointment) it took TWO HOURS to get seen. This is the Second time I’m here with my mom and with an appointment. And we are still sitting here after an hour of waiting. And the staff doesn’t care either. I had to cancel my appointment because I’m here waiting for my mom to get out. You would think that an hour and half after her appointment I would have time to drop her off and go to my appointment and I can’t because of the lack of respect for patients time. ???? I'm very pleased with Dr bui he listing and referrals you to good specialists

Dr Bui is a great doctor. He tells me like it is and does not lie to you. He is no nonsense and very smart. He staff is another story. Go there at least two hours before you appointment and you still might wait another hour after before you are seen. The front desk employees are rude, as you can see read the other reviews. If they say they are going to call in a scrip for you, you have to stay on them will not call it in for you. The male nurse he has now is super polite and knows his stuff. I think sometimes Dr Bui is overbooked but he has always taken care of me and my family. Dr Bui is a great doctor. He tells me like it is and does not lie to you. He is no nonsense and very smart. Great doctor , Dr. Bui has been my doctor for the last 11 years , he will be my doctor as long as he is in practice . The best family doctor in our area . He listens and lets you ask questions , he takes his time with his patients . I am so glad to call Dr. Bui my doctor.

Very busy

The wait is always at least 2 hours! Then your prescription doesn't get called in for weeks and I had to go in person because no one would answer the phone to find out what was going on. Finding a new Dr.

Love Dr.Bui

A doctor that spends time with his patients, an listens.

My experience with the actual doctor way amazing but the staff need to get it together ive called 3 times to get my blood results that I had taken over a week ago and to get a prescription filled and NO ONE can seem to get with me on that and the lady that took my phone call had the absolute worst attitude And needs to be checked!

Great if all you want are pain meds. Tried multiple times to warn the staff about a pill head that stole multiple medications from me who is now a regular at their office. Dr. Bui is a good Doctor and I never had an issue with him. His office staff is very rude and if you call about a prescription refil you will have to call several times or go to the office in person to get it done... I have had to go without my medication for a week at a time because they wouldn’t get it called in. Every time I would call they would either hang up on me or put me on hold forever and then hang up.... Absolutely unacceptable!!!! They say to leave a message on the voice mail and they will call you back.... I beg to differ!!! Left several messages in the two years I have been there have not once gotten a call back. Glad he is no longer my Doctor. Found one who is better. And listens to his patients.

Worst place! Wait 2 hours past my vist all 3 times. They over book to much. No one cares or pays attention. The Dr is in and out as fast as he can. Rushes you to hurry up. Then call for blood results tells you somethings wrong, you ask about it and says see you in 3 months. Avoided my questions and hung up. Do go if you want to be seen on time. You'll be there all day! He is good but you will be there for hours waiting to get in the waiting room then even longer for him to come in too.
