One of the worst dr n human of all time

I see a LOT of doctors. NYU generally has wonderful physicians. But Dr. Moy is certainly NOT one of them. First, we were kept waiting for 50 minutes (which is long for a 2 year old!). Then, she called us in, didn't wait for us to get to the door and we couldn't find her or anyone to lead us where we were supposed to go. When we got to the room, Dr. Moy didn't really greet us and didn't introduce herself-- I wasn't even sure if that was her! Her bedside manner is atrocious, cold, and just plain weird. I've honestly never had this kind of experience with a doctor in all my 42 years on this planet. And when dealing with someone who's supposed to care for my toddler who is experiencing brutal constipation issues? Yeah. NOPE. Absolutely do NOT recommend this doctor!

Yeah. NOPE.

Please do not send your child/children to see this doctor. My 2 yo daughter who has digestive issues and is lactose intolerant was seen by Dr. Moy on March 2, 2020. Exam was short and assisted by a resident (which I do not mind). Questions were short, made barely any eye contact with me or my child expect during the 2 minute exam. Blood was taken that same day and til this day I STILL HAVE NO RECEIVED A CALL BACK ABOUT THE RESULTS despite the fact I have called FOUR times and left messages requesting a call back. Dr. Libia Moy is unprofessional, lacks courtesy and I feel should refresh her interpersonal skills since she is dealing with children. I definitely will be filing a complaint with NYU administration as well as her department administrator.

Thorough, very good with children. Made my son feel very comfortable. Helped us to understand and deal with his diagnoses of celiac disease.
