Doctor Chang, At windward pediatric was awesome she has alot of patience speaks very calm and takes the time to speak, so us as parents can understand what they are saying and what needs to be done so our kids can get better.. Windward pediatrics should get her back I don't know why she left in 1st place, she knew our kids cause she took the time to know them and my kids got to know her.. We are trying to look for her cause we as parents want her to be our kids pediatrician..

My daughter was dealing with a case of shingles that had the potential of impacting her eyes. Dr. Chang saw us immediately fitting us into her schedule, and also assisted in scheduling her with a nearby eye doctor for follow up, and followed up herself to make sure the shingles were healing. For both of my children, Dr. Chang listens, pays attention, and puts them at ease. She also provides written instructions following her appointments. She is an excellent pediatrician!
