I had the best experience with Dr. Liam Mccarthy, give it a try and you’ll see how knowledgeable he is. If you want to get better I honestly recommend him.

Dr. Liam McCarthy is a well educated doctor as it relates to pain management. He knows what he's doing and does his best not to expose you to heavy narcotics like percocet which is rare for doctors in South Florida. If you are coming here anticipating to get prescriptions for hard narcotics, you should go elsewhere. This doctor is very ethical. My only complaint is to physically inspect patients to catch things like first degree burns, bedside manner, and showing empathy for his patients instead of trying to relate and minimize what they are going through. 5/5 Doctor who I would recommend to my friends and family since he is ethical with what he prescribes. My experience has been great. Injured neck & back in a car accident. In a lot of pain. Was nice and very attentive in a timely manor. Would def recommend!

I never had a doctor listen to my concerns the way Doctor McCarthy does. A friend told me about him and it became the best decision I have ever made. Very happy I found him!!

I recently started battling pain in my neck. At first, I thought I had slept in a bad position, but later, after the pain would not go, I decided to pay doctor McCarthy a visit. I would go anywhere else! Everyone treats me great, polite, efficient, no waiting time. This office rocks!! The front desk ladies are so nice and helpful I cant say enough good things about all of them. Plus, I love Dr. McCarthy!!!!!!

I was recommended to Dr.McCarthy in 2008 , I have been with him ever since. He is empathatic, kind and his office personnel is equally talented. They are super ,his assistant Elsa is highly responsive to needs at odd hours of the day.He is for individuals who seriously face challenges with pain management and want to yield to their expertise.

the worst doctor I have seen in my life two consultations with him and without knowing what he had sending me to therapy I went to another and in one day he resolved my back pain and much better attention the Liam McCarty do not know where they buy the title of doctor

I had an appointment with this Dr for back pain and he did not even touch me. I pointed out to him I felt a lump on my knee and he said, oh it's probably a lipoma. Did not palpate it or got near me. Terrible.

Dr.Liam and all of his staff is rude and judgemental. i went there after i fell down after a traumatic brain injury from a car accident. I showed him images of my brain scan and i explained that i could not participate in physical activity and i asked for opiods for pain and sleep. He gave me an injection and tramadol. Now i have ulnar nerve pain and pain in my jaw. I am wondering when i will get my Medical records and images of my shoulder that were taken there. good doctors just good people

First visit , first impression NOT GOOD AT ALL, as a person in the Allied Health field for the past 25 yrs I found Dr Mccarthy to be void of patient care skills or "bed side manners"..He enters the room, leaves the door wide open with folks strolling the hallway((no privacy). He says hello, does not introduce himself, then turns to the computer with his back to me and conducted most of the visit speaking to me with his back to me. I was very satisfied with my visit. The wait was a little longer than I anticipated but he was able to get me out of there pretty quickly.

I wish there was a way to rate less. He is arrogant and without respect for a patient's time. Every time I have had an appointment I have waited for a minimum of and hour. This last time I was the first patient of the day scheduled at 9 and he has yet to arrive at the office at 10 AM. Very unprofessional and without respect for patient's time.

Bad experience had an epidural and aftr surgry didnt even bother to ask how i felt. Went for follow up appointment and waited one hor and 15 minutes after my appointment time and they tell me there wher still 4 patients ahead of me. What kind of system do they use?

My experience with Dr McCarthy has been great. I have been seeing him for lower back pain. i had a procedure done at the gables surgical center the staff was very friendly and professional.

Dr McCarthy is my doctor for the part 6 years With 2 herniated discs causing me pain over the 9 years i have had many treatments by him. Dr McCarthy has taken care of my back for the past 6 years and besides referring me for physical therapy he has already performed 3 lumbar blocks in a surgery center for sciatica and 2 office injections for pain and spasms. He has helped me with the pain and ability to work. I do recommend him fully and will continue to see him as the injections help for around 6 months at a time. They never answer the phone.. if you left voicemail to doctor Liam secretary or nurse they never contact you back.. In one opportunity I was late for my appointment and I called them and nobody answer the phone so I was listening the machine during all my trip, so I arrived to my appointment and was still waiting somebody answer. when I told the front girl she just told Que tu quieres que yo haga.. I asked for an appointment with the therapist and they never have available. A nightmare

No bedside manners, doctor comes into the room, no eye contact, no shaking hands, not even asking you how you are or what's wrong. Spends 5 minutes with you and leaves, not even a goodbye. Very difficult to get in contact with him. His appointments have never started on time, my average wait has been 45mins to over an hour, and then more waiting for a prescription or a follow up appointment. I could go on and on but there's a characters limit for the post.

My appointment was 12:15 I waited 1 hour to go see arrogant unprofessional Doctor. He is Full of Sh**t, Unprofessional... His License should be revoke. When you go to doctor at least they show that they care your pain this one cold as ice. NOT RECOMMENDED

This a money oriented doctor. His only concern is to fill waiting room than treating patients. Arrives at the time he wants that is 3 or 4 hours after, provide no excuses, no apologies. He states that is the way it is. Threats with a grim in his face says If you don't like it go. He simply cares about money, even his own personnel complaints about him. AAAHC the accreditation agency should see this case and put him in warning. His partners are being jeopardized by this doctor. NOT RECOMMENDED.
