Kind, outstanding pediatric dentist who has seen my kids for 16 years

I won't consider her a pediatric, but maybe a good general dentist. My son started to fear dentists ever since he met her and her staff. I know my son is stubborn, like many other kids, he won't open his mouth even with nitrous oxide. Eventually, we ended up with a treatment under sedation. I felt like I was ripped off and paying extra unnecessary costs just because she and her staff are very busy, they are all over the place. Oh, before I forget, one of her secretaries is so rude and she needs to be trained on customer service.
