Forward Oral Surgery is definitely very professional and courteous facility. Their staff members Lucy and Cathy have very pleasant way of dealing with the patients. Dr. Levon Nikoyan DDS is a honorable diplomat of American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. He was very friendly and very professional as well. I must say he knew how to make patients feel like they are in safe investment. Dental Surgeon Levon Nikoyan Is definitely a professional you must see for any and all of your Oral Surgery. Thank you Dr. Levon Nikoyan for making me feel so comfortable during my visit.

Dr Nikoyan and his staff are amazing! Very professional, gentle and caring. I was referred by my general dentist for 2 implants and was taken care of right away. He offered to do the work on same day as the consult. I'm very impressed with the care I received!

I tried making an appointment with them and they were so rude telling me I need to find out what insurance I have. Instead of looking up my member ID . I made appointment with a different office that only takes the same insurance they take they could find my member ID with no problem. Only place I go to get my tooth pulled. No long waits. Honestly I’m very scared of dentists due to past experiences. I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed though and I’ve also been lucky enough to have never needed a surgery before till now in my life. I can say that even though I was extremely anxious and scared, the doctor and his team were kind, courteous, and took time to try to calm me down and were up front and transparent the whole time from consult to surgery to afterwards. My experience at Forward Oral was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and calm. Dr. Nikoyan made me feel at ease when removing my wisdom teeth. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I don’t really remember the wisdom tooth process but I guess that’s a good thing haha. I went in to get my molar and wisdom tooth taken out; only ended up getting my wisdom & I am glad I found this place. I have a dental insurance and they cover everything, they pay small amount at a time. This office billed me $25 instead of my insurance. Not only that, they brought it to collections agency. No one called me.

Amazing office and extremely clean ! Everyone there was so welcoming & my experience was great. I had both my wisdom teeth removed and Dr . Nikoyan saw I was a little anxious. He made sure I calmed down and was glad to answer both my moms questions and mine after the procedure

Had 3 wisdom teeth pulled today and was knocked out. Woke up from the general anastesia all numb. Very little pain or discomfort. Dr. Levon is the best, understands all your concerns and will address each one. Great staff very helpful! Doctor gives the best advice and does not like his patients to waste money unnecessarily. He was very professional. The young women at the front desk was very friendly. Outstanding!!!!!

I have a great wonderful experience with the staff and the doctor of this clinic , He (Dr Levon)when thru with me on the first day i was there for my treatment, explaining on the plan and procedure . Just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out. One was a priority due to having a bad infection. They were able to take me in right away! Everyone there are so sweet and kind. I went to Dr. Nikoyan to remove all of my wisdom teeth a couple of years ago. I recently went back for another procedure. Both experiences went really well. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Dr. Nikoyan is knowledgeable and cares about what’s best for his patients. During my last procedure he took an extra step by adding some bone because it would be beneficial for the success of my screw healing properly. I appreciate him taking the extra time to do that. My first time here today. I needed an appointment today for two extractions - one wisdom and one general tooth and they were able to accommodate me right away. Dr. Nikoyan was great and made me comfortable and safe. During the extraction, I never felt a thing (using Novocaine). He also had to put in some bone preservation, we were all done in less than an hour with the procedure. Their facility is clean and state of the art, they have air purifiers running in several places of the office that kills any and all viruses including Covid-19. Dr. Nikoyan is amazing! He did my daughters wisdom teeth removal. My daughter had only a tiny bit of groginess after the surgery and that evening had minimal discomfort. The office is beautiful and very clean. Staff is extremely friendly.

When I reached the dental office I felt like I am in home. The receptionist, dental assistant and the dentist all received and treated me amazingly. The dentist by talking and examining me he detected exact cause and treatment and explained to me in detail. I asked so many questions for the cause he had definite answers for all of them. Dr. Nikoyan is a skilled surgeon with delicate hands. I like that he kept on asking if I am in any pain, which I never was. The office staff is very attentive and carrying. I interviewed several drs and am so glad I went with Forward Surgery.

Very rude and unprofessional stuff, specially the office manager. They charged me $215 for a 10 min consultation and told me that the tooth extraction would cost $1580. That’s is a rip-off! Don’t go to this place.

I would give a complete 5 stars but I’m giving 4 because the procedures are a little pricey. Other than that, the experience with the dentist and the assistants were phenomenal. I have not been to a dentist in years due to past trauma but they all made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you can afford it

Levon Nikoyan DDS was very professional. He explained the procedure and my options in detail. He was patient with all of my questions. He knew what he was doing with removing my crown, cleaning it out and detecting where the infection came from.

I have no complaints At all. From the first visit, all of his staff are friendly and helpful. I mean literally every last one. He is also very down to earth and made me feel at ease. I was nervous when I first arrived but ended up feeling extremely comfortable by the time the procedure started. Definitely recommend!

This is a very friendly, professional and accommodating practice. I highly recommend them. I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted after an old filling fell out, causing tooth to crack. I was able to schedule an appointment & have tooth removed within a few hours of calling them for the 1st time this morning . They were able to mitigate the stress from an unpleasant, painful dental situation. I was very pleased with their services provided, 360 degree x-ray, local anesthetic & wisdom tooth extraction. They tried to make me as comfortable as possible during the procedure and even let me choose the music. I will be returning here if I need any other treatments in the future. Do not go to this place. They will legitimately rob you. I'm covered my Cigna/United Healthcare and for a 5 minute consultation they charged me 129$ without even thinking twice. Told me my surgery would cost 495$ Hes probably a good surgeon but will definitely leave this place broke.
