Dr Brown is one of the best doctors around with the best bedside manner. He gives the most upmost respect and cares deeply for his patients health. Dr Brown is one of the most amazing doctors around with the best bedside manner. He is professionally knowledgeable and gives the best care to his patients. He will always get to the root of the problem. I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Dr Brown is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and kind doctor I have ever met. He will always listen to what is going on with you, no matter how long it takes and he will find out what is wrong. There are not enough stars to adequately review him!!

Dr. Brown is a fabulous medical professional with an excellent bedside manner. He listens to you and gets to the root of the problem. He is sincerely concerned about the whole person. When he located to Kannapolis I tried to find a new doctor in Salisbury but none could compare to Dr. Brown. It is well worth the drive to get to his office. By far the best doctor i've ever seen! He doesnt rush visit with you and makes sure all concerns are addressed. The entire staff is great

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Brown for December prior to an overseas trip I was taking. It was a lengthy drive but the doctor has a good reputation. I arrived early for my appointment. I wanted in the waiting room and in a private room for more than an hour. I did have to get to work so I asked how long it would be. The staff told me that appointments typically run an hour late. I left and scheduled a new appointment. I told them that if the appointment was schedule for 2PM I would arrive about an hour later. They told me that if I was 30 minutes late I would lose my appointment. I arrived on time for my 2nd appointment. When I got there I was told that the doctor wasn't in but they 'tried' to call me. They were calling a land line that has been disconnected for more than a year. They made no attempts to contact me via email or my cell phone. I wasted another 2 hours and still never got to see to doctor for a very basic yearly physical and blood work. I will not be scheduling a third appointment. I’ve never experienced a wait. They have early morning appointments, which are terrific! Victoria Welch, PA is amazing! She truly gives you individualized health care.

I have had Dr. Brown as a doctor for about 8 years and I absolutely love him! He is an amazing physician! He is always so friendly and he truly cares about his patients!! I have had to wait an hour or so to see him before but in the grand scheme of things it was worth it to me. I went to Dr. Brown when I relocated from FL. to N.C. and simply to get my prescription refilled. I never once had a pleasant experience with Dr. Brown and his staff, and they always made me feel like they were doing me a favor. It cost me $95 per appointment, simply to get the prescription! After every appointment, I would receive another bill from Novant requesting even more money! When I questioned the billing from Novant, every time they would blame Dr. Brown's staff! Don't go here!

patient that are real sick will not see your doctor until like a month or two. you can be dead by the time they get to you. This office is always booked and they don't take walk in

Although Dr Brown is a great person and Dr his staff leaves a lot to be desired!.. I have been a patient for over 2 years and have seen them all. I called to see Dr Brown for a sudden issue that is extremely painful! I was told I could not get into see him until March sometime. Mind you it's February 6th. Do you not have sick appointments???.. the girl on the phone was definitely did not care. I have a new Dr now with the appointment in a few days

Dr. Brown is by far one of the most caring and attentive doctor's that I have ever met. The standard of care that he provides is excellent. I really like the fact that he has hired Amanda Church, NP, who I truly love as well and also treats you with the same level of care as Dr. Brown. Thank you to all of the office staff at Kannapolis Family Medicine. Thank you, Cindy for always making me feel like my health concerns matter and ensuring that I get an appointment without any problem.

Dr. Brown is a wonderful doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He will not give up until he figures out what your issue/sickness is. He is the best doctor that I have ever had for me and my family

Dr.Brown can relate to his patients and therefore creates a bond with each individual patient, which makes him able to treat his patients better than most doctors. There is often a wait, but it is well worth it.
