Dr. Rassner is by far the most caring, personable, dedicated provider I've ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable, but also respects her limitations and refers patients to a specialist when necessary. She is responsive to messages, professional at all times, and takes the time to listen and answer questions as she truly cares about her patients as people - not just numbers to push out the door as fast as possible to fill impossible quotas set by medical conglomerates.

Dr. Rassner is excellent in so many ways. She has a friendly and kind manner. Is professional and approachable. She is a good listener and never appears rushed even though you know she has limited time! She is experienced, confident and knows her practice well.

She is the best dr I've been to. She is kind and really listens to her patients and there concerns. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Rassner diagnosed my partner with lack of physical activity for the pain in her back and legs. She recommended more exercise and to strengthen her lower back. My partner went to a chiropractor, an x-ray was taken to look at her back. The result of her pain was her right leg is shorter than the left, in my partners case this common issue effected her more. Her chiropractor recommended an insert for her shoes. She's happy with the result. I would not recommend anyone see this doctor.

The initial visit was great. I felt heard and taken care of, but when my diagnosis for back pain turned out to be different than what the doctor had initially suspected , she became flippant and rushed during the follow up visits ( of which I had two ). In addition, she is only in the office two days a week, which makes it very difficult to get in on an emergency basis.
