I’m sure the Dr is great, but the staff is so rude that i never made it past setting an appointment.

They NEVER answer the phone????????

Nobody answers the phone! They will never return your call even if you’re a regular patient and even you leave a message.

Nice man. Dr, hmm. Was there for 3 hours. 3 hours! I have a Stent, didn't even listen to the heart. Most of the staff is rude, don't return calls or call in referrals. Meds weren't called in correctly. How he got 5 stars is beyond me.

The complaint is mostly due to the front desk staff due to rudeness, and being irresponsible. My son who has a critical need to be sent to a 30 day crisis home for mental health dropped paperwork off to be completed by his primary care doctor in November 2022, and a second time in December 2022 and I am a witness to it. As of January 6, 2023 the office stated "we never received the papers." Also, on January 5, 2023 we asked to sign a request to get his medical records and the person at the front desk stated "he can't get his own records." That is not true according to Health & Safety Code section 123100 et seq. If you are African American you will be treated different. We witnessed many patient's coming in the office to pick up paperwork with no problem. The doctor is okay, but the front desk staff are very inexperienced.

I didn't visit, I sat on the phone for a hour to have the recording tell me after that hour that they would take my name and number and call me back

If you enjoy waiting in the waiting room for 2+ hours and a rude and condescending doctor, this is the place for you. The secretaries were nice but not very knowledgeable about medical documents. I submitted FMLA paper to be completed. It's been 1 month and still waiting on it. Had to call at least twice a week to check on it and every time, there response was that the doctor hasn't gotten to it. How busy can the doctor be? It's part of his job to do these documents. Had an appointment for 2pm today, they took me in at 3:30pm, waited in exam room another hour and a half, 5pm came and still not seen by Dr. Wasted 3 hours. Horrible, all the other negative reviews are true.

As bad as it gets.

Three and half hour wait. Just terrible. Went to establish care. When discussing my diagnosises, I was treated with so much disregard, misogyny and disrespect. I was told that a chronic neurologic condition I had since childhood would disappear...... Basically like I was overreacting and looking for drugs. Leaving a Doctor review that anyone can see is something you should be careful and truthful about because if someone is looking for medical help they should be able to make an accurate decision based on reviews. I will attempt to do that. I have been with Dr. Basovich for over a year. The short version is that he and his office may provide proper help to you, but it could take a long time. Right now he is booked for the next 60 days. And when you do get an appointment, my experience has been very mixed. I had an appointment early in the morning, still had to wait over 90 minutes to see him, and when I got back out to the lobby there were 5 people waiting rhere. He is so busy right now that for that reason alone I absolutely recommend finding a different doctor that is more available. Unfortunately there is more. Dr. Basovich's English can be difficult to understand, he can be slow to speak, he can be dismissive, and his staff seem stressed. When I have talked to their referral-coordinator they have been nice, but there have been a few times that it took well over a month to get things moving. Difficult to say how normal that is right now. At least for now I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Pompous, rude, elitist. These are just a few words I can use to describe this terrible doctor. He literally told me I was lucky he even bothered to speak to me. Stay far far away from this man.

My husband's appointment was at 8:30am, at 9:55am he just left. No communication on why there was a delay and when I would be seen. Horrible experience.

Dr. Basovich very knowledgeable, positive attitude! He listened patiently to all of my concerns. Answered all my questions! Girls who works in the office were very helpful.

I had two appointments with Dr Basovich and both times he spent all the needed time with me. My other doctors from the past always rushed to move to the next patient on their schedule. But Dr. Basovich took his time to listen to all my problems and discuss all my health needs. I never felt rushed. He went over my medications, my diet and suggested some specialized care as well. Dr. Basovich is a good and kind man. His staff has also been very helpful to me. I just had a total knee replacement and it is still a challenge for me to move around. So the gal from the front desk called my pharmacy to confirm that all my medications were received so that I do not end up going in vain. My experience was great and I feel great. The best part of my experience is the fact that Dr. Basovich and his staff are always available to answer any questions or concerns. !!!

The doctor may be good, I did not meet him because his office staff are unprofessional, rude and discriminatory. They also provided me with inaccurate information according to their accepted insurance company.

I very rarely write bad reviews but this place is awful. I had an 8am appointment but wasn’t seen until 10 and I’m a night shift nurse who needs to get home to sleep. The desk attendants are useless they had me calling my insurance multiple times asking me to ask them to change my listed primary provider even though the insurance said that isn’t necessary for billing. Dr. Basilica was ok but I told him multiple times I was hard of hearing and he kept speaking quietly I could barely hear him. He also didn’t wear a mask. Finally got a referral to see a nephrologist but this week when I tried to make an appointment they said Dr. Basovich had closed the referral so I called again to have them reopen it yesterday and they did but then proceeded to close it again. He is great ! Great listener ! Good man!!

They are big time scammers they take the federal dollars and they do not provide medication and appropriate services for their patients. I am wondering why the federal government is not running some investigation regarding this.

This is probably the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I'm so discusted with the way the medical staff treats patients. The doctor is a nice guy but everything else is just a mess.

New patient, so I might update in the future. Nice dr seems to care and listen. My problem was the wait time was over 90 minutes. I think they forgot about me, someone walked in the room and was surprised to see me...

They got me in on time and very thorough and kind. Dr. Basovich was outstanding and I am very confident in his abilities.

Everything I was told about him was true and his professionalism and knowledge was true. He listened and addressed my concerns. I look forward to establishing a medical relationship with him.

When I came to see him Dr. Basovich right away identified the problem and gave me a solution, check up, and further evaluations to make sure I wasn't going to experience any problems. I came home very confident in myself thanks to Dr. Basovich.

I believe Dr. Basovich is a great choice. On my first visit, he treated my explanation of my symptoms with great care and respect. My wife's family has been going to Dr. Basovich for years now and we are not switching doctors because Dr. Basovich is the best.

His always so helpful and explain things thoroughly to make sure I understand everything. Dr. Basovich is down to earth and takes time to sit and discuss your symptoms and issues. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend him.

It is very hard to find a family doctor at this time. Dr. Basovich office and staff were very helpful and well experienced at his clinic.

He is always engaged and compassionate. He is thorough and never rushes with your visits. He is always on time and gets things done quickly in terms of outside referrals and so on. The staff was very friendly and I feel blessed to have them all taking great care of me.

His so understanding about how hard it is to talk about mental health and just seems to get it in a common sense way. He also really knows his stuff and made me feel very comfortable and he really helped me get back up on my feet.

Unlike many doctors I had in the past, he never talks down to you and feels like an old friend whenever you have an appointment. He’s a great listener who asks the right questions to give you for best results possible.

Although there were about four other patients ahead of me, the staff had a good flow and by the time I had finished my forms and vitals, the doc was ready to see me. I never felt rushed, which is important to me. If you end up needing a doctor, make sure to go to this clinic!

The X-ray results was not rushed either and he comforted me the whole time. He includes you when making decisions and when labs are drawn or x-rays are done he gets back to you with your results very quickly which I really appreciated.

He takes the time to fully explain his finding. He personally responds to all my e-mail concerns, and allows adequate time for any questions. Dr. Basovich is very intelligent and extremely thorough. Also, the office staff was attentive and helps me with forms I was having trouble with.

He sits with you in front of computer screen and shows you what he is looking at and explains everything so you can understand it clearly. You always feel like your meeting a loving friend there to help you.

He got to the problem within a very short time. He listens to what you say and then orders test appropriate for what he thinks is going on. I have lost 55 pounds due to Dr. Basovich. I am very thankful for his help and he found the root of my problem right away.

He never demands treatment and carefully listens to how I feel and just wants you to do what is needed to get better. He spends considerable time with patients, so the waiting may be a bit longer than usual but not always but it's so worth it!

He has always been very attentive to my concerns and knows how to calm me down when I told him my frightening symptoms I've been getting recently. He has always taken the time to listen and has never made me feel as though he needed to be done and move on, even though he was running behind. Very personable and knowledgeable with a great bedside manner.

He changed some and added some more. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes all the time to address my problems. I hope I die before he retires because I wont be able to find another doctor of his caliber.

His brilliant in his knowledge and willing to stop and listen about any of my concerns. I can't imagine what more I could ask for from a primary physician. His communication is always clear and follow ups are always followed up on time. I have always attributed that to his willingness to take those extra few minutes with me to really understand me and give me the health care I was looking for.

I've seen him 9 times over the past 2 years and have been 100% satisfied with all my office visits. He always takes the time to explain everything and offers his expertise for what needs to be done. He will order tests to rule out certain things and to confirm what he has diagnosed and that's why I will never be switching doctors.

Dr. Basovich did not rush through my visit. He took all his time to listen to me. This helped me remember some things I wanted to say concerning my physical condition. The office is always cordial and helpful.

I've seen a huge difference in how my legs look... The treatments were painless and Dr. Milne is very gentle and Informative. I will continue to use him for anymore care!

He is knowledgeable, caring and very patient at his visits. I get the sense this is a man who enjoys his work. Dr. Basovich really hears me out. As someone with a complicated medical history, I need doctors that I trust and thats Basovich. I'm never switching doctors!!

I started seeing Dr. Basovich a few years ago and right away he changed a few things for me and immediately saw a difference. He is spot on point with his diagnosis and treatments! He takes the time to get down to detailed and personal level and that's rare now a days.

Worst doctor I've ever had in my life!!! He didn't explain anything to me. He wouldn't answer my questions. He tried to tell me that my anxiety doesn't hinder me in any way, which is far from the truth. He belittled me, tried to deny me my prescription, and treated me like an addict for asking for a refill for a prescription that I only refill once a year! Obviously if I'm only refilling it once a year then I don't have a problem. He lowered my dosage for no reason, even though I was already on a very low dose, and he refused to send my prescription to any of the pharmacies I asked him to. It was like he was on a total power trip and thought he was proving some sort of point by deliberately sending it somewhere that was inconvenient. He asked me personal questions that had nothing to do with my health like why I'm not in college and why I'm currently unemployed. It was very invasive and unprofessional. And one of his employees yelled at him in Russian and angrily slammed a door on her way out. He is hard of hearing and I don't think he hears half of what I say, and it's difficult to understand him because he speaks low and has an accent and doesn't speak clearly. I would recommend avoiding this doctor at all costs. He forms his entire opinion of you and your condition based on first glance when you walk through the door and he doesn't care to hear what you have to say because his mind is already made up about you. When I asked him to give me a referral to a hematologist about low hemoglobin levels he told me that he was not a janitor to do these kind of things. It was below him to submit a referral. Make no mistake this Dr. is Smart initially it may seem a bit not like your usual Dr but he knows what he is doing. Most Drs now on days is my experience see you in a rush but that's the way it is everywhere HOWEVER Dr. Basovich really took extra time with me last time I saw him without complain I even felt bad to have taken so much time as others were waiting. Also treatment prescribed was in accord with the present situation situation and symptoms.
