My son was born with head/neck tumor, after being at another hospital for 2 weeks we were transferred to Holtz Children Hospital to be under the surgical care of Dr. Torres and Dr. Weed. I can not begin to describe the exceptional treatment my son received from Dr. Torres. He was extremely hands on and on point with the care of our newborn. I thank God everyday for his team of doctors. I thank God for Dr. Torres, he treated our son as his own and now we get to enjoy him everyday, he saved his life! My son had sinus surgery Feb 21, the staff was amazing. My son was extremely nervous but when Dr. Torres showed up he calmed down. I thank you Dr. Torres for making your patients and their family feel special and for taking extra special care of your patients. God Bless you!!!

My baby just had his adenoids and tonsils removed by Dr. Torres the staff at this hospital have been amazing they are aware of every detail they communicate and guide you through everything and they made us feel as if we were family

Dr. Torres was my 4th consultation (opinion) for my 4 year old son who was suffering from swollen tonsils & after meeting with other doctors & watching how they were with my son, I knew that Dr. Torres was my surgeon of choice. what sold me was when he was examining my son he got on his knees to be at level (so humble). Only a person who works with kids knows that in order to connect with them, you must get on their level (literally) and he did just that. He thoroughly explained what was going to take place, the recovery process, what we should & shouldn't do and so much more. His staff there are also great! Surgery went well and the follow up went well and Dr. Torres is definitely a star in my book! My son sleeps straight through the night and has been issue free since day 2 after surgery.
